Garbage of a company. Hard to get a hold of, cant believe they actually call themselves an insurance agency. No answers anywhere and these people have no urgency. They never get back to you and its impossible to get a hold of an adjuster. Wish the person that hit my car actually had decent insurance.

I purchased commercial truck insurance from Gain Insurance. Not only was it overpriced, they also told me that the underwriter put restrictions on my insurance because it was my first year in business which wasn't true. And when I didn't agree to renew my insurance with them they reported to the FMCSA and CADMV that my insurance expired causing my authority and mc permits to be suspended. That's the thanks I got for purchasing their overpriced insurance.

I had one of their drivers hit me, toatoaled my Expidition and cant get anyone to even aknowledge that anything had happened. so im out a vehicle and my daughter who was with me is scarred for life. she terrified to ride in any vehicle.

Pablo is the best at Gain Ins. On very short notice before my previous Insurance was about to expire. I contacted Pablo he got me coverage and saved me $400 bucks on my monthly payments and I only had my authority for one year. I would recommend him to anyone that needs commercial insurance at reasonable rate!!
