When I came back to GoTime, it was like a never left. The trainers are highly qualified, friendly and knowledgeable. I've been to gyms where the "meatheads" takeover the equipment. I've been to the newest fad "cult" gyms. Both have their place and that place is far away from me. Go Time is the perfect gym for those who want a good workout without judgment but encouragment. The trainers are also very personable.Regardless of physical abilities, the trainers and members motivate and help each other to achieve our goals.

GoTime has helped me change my lifestyle in a great way. Ive been a client there for almost 4 months now and have lost a significant amount of fat while at the same time gaining muscle mass. Jennifer helped me get my nutrition in line during the first 12 weeks and Sean has been a great trainer to work with the whole time. I can’t say enough good things about all of the trainers and staff at GoTime though. They definitely make it an enjoyable experience.

Go Time training has a positive, driven, and welcoming atmosphere. Trainer Angelica (Jelly) did an incredible job personalizing my workouts, and always knew exactly what I needed working with past injuries. She has a cheerfulness to motivate you even on your toughest days, and is always willing to help. They go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and meet your goals. If you're on the fence about joining, I highly recommend giving this place a try. You won't regret the results!

Can’t recommend GoTime Training enough. Facility is always clean, staff is friendly and always makes you feel like a friend. They have kept me motivated since day one! The trainers are just as excited to see you hit your goals as you are and are just as invested. On the weeks I’ve been unable to attend I was given at home suggestions to help me maintain and continue to improve.

I needed help. I was 71 years old, 5 foot 4, and weighed 198.6 pounds. I was a fat little puttz and could only do 3 push ups. I disliked gyms because of the muscle geeks admiring themselves in the mirrors and laughing at fat little puttzs like me. When I walked into go time, there was something missing and I realized there were no muscle geeks in the building. To make a long story short, I signed up, went to work and have dropped 30 pounds so far, and oh yeah, I can do way more than three push ups now. If you need help like I did, you need to check out GoTime. This is the place where you will get

Amazing place! The trainers and staff are super knowledgeable, Jennifer is always super friendly and a great nutritionist. Sean and Kasey in particular are fantastic trainers who are so positive and supportive!
When I first started at GoTime I was always tired, my back hurt and had arms that were as strong as cooked spaghetti. I had no idea what the heck I was doing.
With their guidance over the last four months, I have way more energy! My back pain has lessened and I've gotten better sleep because of it. I'm SIGNIFICANTLY stronger than I was before, and I dropped two pant sizes to boot with

The trainers are very patient and help make sure you are working hard but staying safe. The nutrition coaching has been great! The facilities are nice and clean. When I started I could barely do any core exercises, and now I can do them without breaks. The trainers meet you where you are! Such a great team.

I was hesitant to join "another gym" but this is NOT just a gym. The GoTime staff focuses on individual's needs and the attention I have received is above and beyond anything I've experienced in other health club facilities. In just a few months I have not only become stronger and more flexible but I actually look forward to working out and pushing myself to become better. The nutritional guidance I've received through Jennifer has been fantastic and she's helped me understand what my body needs. All classes are scheduled with safe distancing in mind and the facility

I have been going to GoTime for about 2 years now. I really enjoy the atmosphere and the trainers make working out fun. I also like that they check up on you if you haven't made it in for awhile. Plus when you do come back after missing a few weeks they welcome you back and don't give you a hard time for missing workouts.

I've been a member at GoTime Training for a year and a half now. I was at a point where I knew I needed a swift kick and accountability to get myself together. I was tired of feeling an overall dissatisfaction with my body and health, and finally felt I had the time and energy to invest in myself. I have been a member of Go Time for a year now and it has changed my life! I had injured my knee years ago and also, had arthritis-I could barely walk up the stairs. I work with Anjelica in personal training and the other trainers in Boot Camp to build up my muscles through strength training while showing me the safe and proper way to do the exercise. Now I can carry weights up and down stairs and I no longer have knee or joint pain! I left the review below on facebook and within 24 hours they managed to have it removed. Reviews are for honest experiences and opinions and I shared just that. They also went and replied to my google review saying they attempted to call me to resolve the issue... Which they never did.
