With so many places to stay at Sugarloaf unaffordable, we found the Colonial extremely clean, comfortable, convenient, well maintained and very affordable. We were happy to save 2-300/night and drive the hour in the morning and had a great day skiing.

Rooms are dirty. Staff is unprofessional all the way around. Can’t tell if they are guests or staff they way they dress and talk. Nobody is even there half the time …literally no one to be found and if you do they’re usually talking among themselves. And have an attitude. Says that they have breakfast but was late - which I’m not sure if you can call some bread and fruit cups breakfast. The AC/Heat is broken the rooms smell disgusting and there’s stains everywhere. The mini fridge smelled weird and barely worked. There’s a Keurig machine/coffee cups/little coffee stirrers but no Keurig

Would not recommend -Stupid Over priced from others hotels I been too Nd what they offer /breakfast joke .Had a problem with them going threw INSIDE the cabinets with my personal belongings....Twice they threw my pizzas away which was almost full pizza mind you that was my dinner after work..- went to the office to tell them they said they’ll get me another pizza or fix the problem never heard anything back about my food... Top management was rude (- Except mellisa-Manger I think that was her name nice lady understanding great customer service-) or looked like they didn’t care when asked something

Very unprofessional behavior by owner. Having a shouting match with customers is not a good look. Could have just told them to leave and if they dont theyre trespassing and could have called law enforcement. Shouting and acting like your tough is very immature and I will not help line those pockets. Sad to see grown men and woman act like their in high school. Also very greedy. prices were jacked up for their own purpose of opening another hotel when they cant even take care of their first two hotels. Would not recommend this place
No incorrect information here. I witnessed it all go down. Yall

My family and I stayed at the motel at the beginning of July. We love this place! The staff are always making us very comfortable. We stay at the motel every time we are in Maine on vacation! We really like that a local family owns the motel and frequently comes to visit the guests. While up on our recent stay we needed a bed for our grand daughter and they had one for us! I never worry even if I forget something.
When we came for our annual visit there were a lot of workers at the motel working on a local project. While we were at the motel there were several of the gentlemen heavily drinking

This place was horrible. No one was in the office at 6:30 pm to check in. My wife called the number on the door and was told that "he was at the other hotel" and it would be 10 minutes. The room smelled, the ac/heater wouldn't turn on, the bedspread was stained in many places and the remote was sticky. There were people from both of our neighboring rooms drinking beer and smoking in front of their rooms. It looked like people were living there long term. We just ended up leaving and staying at The Comfort Inn, which was a little more expensive, but almost brand new.
