The house was well equipped, comfortable, and updated. Terrific location. Everything we needed was on hand. There were 7 adults in our group and this property can handle even more people. We kayaked, pool time, and beach time. Marco island is one of my favorite destinations and this house extremely hospitable.

We loved it here! The house and location are both gorgeous. This house has EVERYTHING you could ever need. We were worried about traveling with a 15 month old and having to rent or buy everything and we actually ended up having to return some things because we ended up finding them at the house! There are beach chairs, umbrella, baby sleeping tent, pack and play, TONS of towels, pool floats, literally everything you could need! My only advice is if you want the membership to the club you have to apply for it in advance. Communication between Marco Naples was very easy and they answered all of my

Do Not Use this Company!
First the pictures of the property and reality were vastly different. The house looks like it belongs to the Adam’s family in reality.
The code to the front door was wrong and company never responded to our request for assistance. We had to use the back door to enter the home our entire stay, which was fine considering the path was overgrown.
The house was overrun with worms.
The property was dirty with many items in disrepair, including animal stains on the carpets.
We arrived to a ton of garbage on the property from previous guests and then told we were responsible

What an amazing property. This property won’t disappoint. The location and privacy is like no other. We always felt like we were the only ones around. Daily sun sets and dolphin/manatee sightings were the highlights of our week. I was shocked at the amount of dolphins and manatees we saw. The house was well stocked with all the necessities (and then some). I would HIGHLY recommend this property. We will definitely be back!!
