Bought a supplement that they promote as best out . Went home and read reviews, clearly a bad product.
Brought it back expected a return .
It was never opened or damaged.
They used the excuse of me not having a receipt to refuse the return . Clearly hurting for money and taking advantage of customers.

I bought an essential oil diffuser along with an essential oil to use in it from Nutrition House in September. After about a week (about 3 uses) it stopped working completely. After reading the manuel and trying everything i took it back into Nutrition House in Chinook mall. It had been just over 14 days and they said they could do nothing about it. They also claimed they had no record of the sale even though i could show them my bank statement which indicated all of the details of the sale. Long story short - Nutrition House does NOT stand behind their products. This appliance cost me over $50

Stopped in here to get some supplements for a friend overseas, and was highly impressed with the owner. Rebecca was friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable and positive. After purchasing what I'd come for, I asked her what she knew about a supplement some friends rave about, and was very interested to find that her opinion differed. In other words, she didn't just see a potential sale and rush me at it - definitely someone with integrity, and I'll be back in future!

Had a cadillac fairview gift card to use up & went here to get a few basics for skin & hair. The lady at the cash was helpful when I asked her what I could use for boosting my immune system. Gained some valuable info. This location is small but neat & right across from Michel's Baguette. Would come here again.
