Thay have decided to change my address to someone else's address who now has my info I can clearly see that someone opened it and reglued it I still have the letter and I am not going to open it I will be closing thi's account and bank with someone who cares about people

All about u. When they charge return fees for something I didnt know i returned? Also let's my account go negative from said return fee. Then charges me 25$ to turn my account back on. So that was an easy 50$ from me to them. Glad to see that my money is gone and "Non-refundable" absolute joke of a bank.

This is how bad they are. I'm leaving a review for a bank. They have THE most atrocious online banking systems I've ever seen, and they forced a $95 insurance against me because they didn't like the form I showed them my insurance.

SFCU used to be amazing. Personalized, professional service. I'm not sure what has happened over the years, besides a huge downward slide.
Currently working with them to obtain a refinance mortgage. No one is ever in the office! Doors closed, and lights off! Considering they don't answer their phones either and every call goes to the Mortgage Originators voicemail, the fact they don't answer the phone, aren't in the office, and now I have tried to send information via email, they do not give out emails, only a fax number. Its 2018, most people do not have a fax machine these

There slogan should be we exploit the poor so you dont have to. This place is one of the worst corporations I have ever had the misfortune to do business with. They are right up there with rent a center, in how they love to exploit the poor. Their entire business is making huge sums of money off of fees, that are specifically targeted at poor people.
I can say this, if the Christians are right about things, any one working for this foul demon of a corporation are going straight down.
I do not recommend doing business with these foul human beings, unless you are just like them, and love to watch

Worst credit union on the face of the earth . Unfriendly people who don't understand the word integrity . They talk about your personal financial business , even when those conversations are a breach and against the Consumer Protective laws . Don't expect confidentiality of any of your personal business out of this place

Their slogan is "we're all about you" well, their not! Their extremely nasty and hard to work with, I'm not saying I'm not at fault but they will screw you over first chance they get! Go somewhere else!

Quite possibly the WORST credit union in the history of credit unions. (1) The tellers are all local people and don't have a problem discussing your finances or other business with each other and the general public. This information comes directly from a SFCU employee who still works at the Sidney branch. (2) If you have a bank card associated with your checking and travel outside of a 40 mile radius of the bank, don't count on being able to use it. For anything. I was stranded at a train station near NYC because it would not work in the ticketing machine and I had no cash on

The best bank in town, with regards to friendliness, efficiency, and customer service.

We have an account SFCU and one at another bank. I much prefer going into this credit union. They are always friendly while being conscious of the security of my account.

When I had questions about a loan that did not even originate from their bank, the woman I spoke with was extremely helpful in explaining what my options were based on her knowledge of those types of loans.

I had an account with The Sidney Federal Credit Union since 1997. My issue with them took place in 2007. I used a cash advance check from a credit card. What I did not know was that the letter that came with it said it was good for $200. but did not mention there was a $15. fee on it. So when I used it, they bounced it. The Sidney Federal Credit Union charged me a fee for that and then redeposited even after I told them/asked them please do not do that. They did it anyway regardless, "that is the way we do it" was what I was told. Even though they knew it would be returned again. Then
