We are the closest hospital to the Las Vegas Strip and McCarran Airport. We offer 24/7 VIP emergency care with board-certified physicians. An extension of Valley Hospital and the Valley Health System, we are sisters with the most extensive hospital system in the Vegas Valley. We provide in-house imaging, X-rays, and labs.
Our goal is for you to receive treatment within 10 minutes of stepping through our doors. Having state-of-the-art equipment and technology enables us to diagnose and treat your emergency quickly. Elite Medical Center is staffed with certified and licensed radiologists, our full service Radiology Department is able to obtain and provide results promptly, in most cases, within 60 minutes of being admitted. All of our Radiologists are Certified and Licensed. We also offer the convenience of complete laboratory testing on-site, with results available for prompt diagnosis within minutes.

Elite Medical Center offers inpatient medical services to patients whose conditions require overnight stays, or even longer. Most of the patients who are admitted enter through the emergency room, where serious medical conditions can be evaluated and stabilized and treatment begins promptly.

Words can't express how grateful I am to Dr. Houpis, Issac, Tianna, Brad , Amber, Adriana and the entire staff. I thank you for all you do and did. Going to the ER can be a very scary time, with great doctors and nurses like here It makes you feel a little more comfort and at ease. So thankful to have this great facility in our community. I never thought I'd be writing a review for an emergency room, but the care I received here was so fantastic and exceeded any expectations that I could have had. I was in Las Vegas this past September on vacation when I broke my ankle pretty severely and found Elite Medical Center through a quick online search. I was prepared for a long wait, but to my pleasant surprise I was seen immediately! The space itself is very clean and I appreciated the comfort and privacy of single patient rooms.

I registered for and paid $125 for a COVID test. Elite Med sent me payment confirmation, and I responded, indicating I would arrive around 4:30 PM. "Please proceed to Elite Medical Center at your convenience.....You are confirmed for your visit --- COVID TEST" was the message I received.
When I arrived, I was informed they did not have any more tests. I was sure that was a mistake because I paid for the test three hours prior and received confirmation from both Elite Medical and my bank account. Nope - no tests.

I came in here yesterday morning with my toddler whos 2 and he couldn't breathe. I was stressing out so much and I got there they got me in and back right away in a nice room where they put the tv on with cartoons for him. The nurses Andi and Julia came in to start asking a few questions as to what was going on. Immediately after Dr. Singh walked in and listened to his breathing/cough and was able to tell me the issue. We tested my little one just to be sure and Dr. Singh recommended a shot which we got super fast and I can't even explain in words it was night and day

The staff is amazing from security to the technicians and nurses available. Informative and friendly. The wait times are to be considered but they get to everyone as soon as they can. Waited for an hour as a walk-in from start to finish. Great service by Finch, my swab technician. Thank you for all of your efforts to keep us safe! Happy holidays to the team.

Not exactly what I would call a stellar customer service experience I've seen monkey fights at the zoo more organized with better customer service. First and foremost when they check you in and take your money they want to move you along as quick as possible no friendly demeanor there. About the only person who has a pleasant personality is the guy that's poking you for the Covid test. Then they will immediately call you to tell you about your test results, but they failed to tell you that the test results aren't actually in that won't be back for another 24 hours if that makes

I would recommend this place for a covid test. I got in and out pretty quick but I flew in to see a concert and have spent more time and money taking an irrelevant test so people can capitalize on ignorance and fear. Sad times we are in. Sadly this will be my last concert so I won't be doing this again. Good luck.

I have come several times for Covid testing because it's been very difficult to get results in 24 hours and I often need them for work. I found another place that guarantees the same turnaround and have been coming here because it's $50 cheaper, but from now on, I'm willing to pay $300+ elsewhere instead of $250 here.

I had severe left side abdominal pain! I kind of knew it was related to my ovaries as I've had issues in the past. I called my OB and got nowhere with them and after three days of excruciating pain decided to go to the ER. Dr. Singh was very thorough was able to do bloodwork, and x-ray, and vaginal ultrasound. All of the staff was extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and extremely efficient. I was in and out in less than three hours. I had a confirmed diagnosis, and Dr. Singh took the time to speak to me and explain everything that was going on. I would definitely return if I had an emergent

We just had a COVID scare. Including my 8 mos old grandson. All I can say, is I reached out for some information and I was greeted by one amazing & caring individual. Jess " C " was amazing. As we were extremely anxious, Jess took matters in to his own hands & handled us with extreme care and concern!! Just as if it were his own family. Thank you Jess! A $250 rapid PCR COVID test with "same day" results became a "24 hour" test and then after 44 hours and no results I had to drive to their office and physically get the results four hours before my return flight to Canada.
I sent them 7 or 8 e-mails and text messages when I did not receive the results by text message or e-mail as promised.They never had the courtesy to respond to my e-mails and text messages.
Had I not gone to their office and picked up the results I would not have been allowed to board my flight home.

Was brought here by an ambulance for a laceration to my foot and it was not good! They were very uninterested in my wants and needs as the patient and just kept telling me what they were willing to do . I was anxious and the doctor just kept telling me, I'll be okay and it's not that serious. I waited there for over an hour after he stitched me up while my foot leaked blood and in pain. I asked for pain medication and they told me NO! I will NEVER Come back and I wouldn't recommend ! They left me in pain AND THEN when I asked for the doctor to talk to him regarding this instead the

As a long time user of yelp, it concerns me greatly that 80+ negative reviews of this business are not recommended. I believe that the recommended reviews massively distort the true picture. Who knows, maybe this review will be not recommended also because it strongly recommends that people avoid this facility, at least as far as Covid testing is concerned. Overall, I've seen greater professionalism when I take my car for a smog test.

I experienced an emergency and was checked into Elite Medical Center. I have a lot of experience with hospitals, and was pleasantly surprised from the moment I stepped foot in the building. I was about to start filling out paperwork but the triage nurse gathered me right away, brought me to a room and began the medical assessment. When I told her that the desk didn't have my name, no less my insurance info yet, she said they were much more concerned with providing medical help, and that the rest could wait (shocking!!).

Very disappointed. I arrive with my pregnant wife and they are doing COVID testing right next to the entry door. Common sense says you are putting healthy patients at risk. I took a pic to prove this (see attached).
Then they leave her license and insurance card sitting on the front counter for all to see after copying them. This is a major violation of patient privacy. I didn't notice because I was busy filling out paperwork but fortunately my wife caught it before someone took off with them or found out personal info.

OK, let's go. COVID testing for travel? Not here -- stay away, find another place, book Walgreens ahead, or do a 10-day quarantine instead.
There are two types of private clinics. This belongs to the one you should never give your money to. Likely engages in unethical business practices. The cost of one test is $350 (no insurance accepted). I waited for my results to come back for 9 days! -- instead of what they promised me over the phone ("24 to 48 hours"), and in-person after the test was done ("up to 72 hours, but may be slightly longer due to higher than usual demand"
