Jim's first experiences in the building business came from buying condominiums, remodeling them and reselling them while attending Northeastern Illinois University where he later obtained Finance degree. He also joined corporate America and continued his real estate investments part time. After several years he furthered his experience with land developlement.
Having achieved success in land development he expanded into building townhomes, and custom homes. Over the past 30 years, Jim has developed expert knowledge of the technical aspects of the construction process. Jim is a integral part of the building process and manages contractor and vendor relations.
