I have done reformer pilates before in person and of course it helped with feeling more flexible and stronger but I wasn't sure how remote virtual floor pilates would be for me. I can't tell you how much better I feel! I am 4 month postpartum and was concerned when I started about if I could keep up. Maya is so great at personalization of movements to fit your needs. I have an injury in my shoulder and she's so great about remembering your needs and body and tailoring everything around

Highly recommend. You will feel so elevated after her pilates class. With a variety of classes available, anybody can benefit, regardless of experience or physicality. A very personalized session, always adjusted to the needs of her student(s) and her knowledge and repertoire is comprehensive. The classes are never redundant or pedantic. Maya is so encouraging and always helps you feel like you succeeded. Maya is da bomb.

I take private weekly classes from Maya, for about a year now. She progressively adapted them to my skill level, making them more and more difficult. She works me out to my absolute max, but never more than I can take. If you think of Pilates as a "soft" work out, just to "Center" your core, you will be in for a big surprise.
If I had the time and budget, I would have sessions with her three times a week! I used to wonder if just once a week was making a huge difference, but when I stopped for a month, I lost my strength gains and lost tone, as well. So definitely, once a week
