In 1990, an appliance salesman who wanted to provide a better life for his family purchased a Chem-Dry carpet and upholstery cleaning franchise. For ten years, Bob Parker owned and operated Sooner Chem-Dry with his wife Pam, two kids, and several pets along the way.
