This little inn pleasantly surprised my husband and I. Needed a room near Adam State University that I didn't have to give an arm and a leg for, and they delivered. It was clean, staff was accommodating and pleasant. My husband and I, alone with our son, stayed in a double room and was quite comfortable. The rooms come with a fridge and microwave, and they offer free breakfast and wifi too. We could tell updates had been made to the property as well. This will be our hotel of choice when visiting our son on campus. Thank you Sandhill Inn & Suites for making our stay awesome!

Pool was out of commission, hot tub was somehow grimy but at the same time had so much chlorine in it that it burned my eyes. Our room was not clean. There was dirt staining the bathtub, splatters of god knows what on the shower curtain, and someone else’s hair and dog/cat hair on our bedsheets- meaning they weren’t changed between guests. I’ve stayed in my fair share of budget motels and this one takes the cake for the dirtiest. On the bright side the person at the front desk was very nice and the breakfast wasn’t bad.

This hotel fit our budget and met all the expectations we had. It is smaller but comfortable, the two staffs we met for our one night stay were both great. Clean environment and did not have any strong chemical smell that sometimes I would get with some higher-end hotels, which I appreciate as a parent with two younger kiddos.

This was a clean hotel with a hot breakfast and friendly staff. The room was big enough for our daughter and granddaughter to have their own bunk. We will definitely be back. The only draw back was that the pool was open, but I should have called ahead of time to verify especially after Covid restrictions.
