Renters Marketplace offers a comprehensive and customizable choice of Property Management Services to help clients maximize investments. Keeping compliant with an ever-increasing web of regulations and requirements takes time and effort many do not have. Requirements, registrations and laws being are being passed by city councils and by the state legislature all of the time that directly affects landlords.
Make sure you include in the application the address of the property you are applying for and the Leasing Agent you are working with. The cost will be $40 per adult tenant on the lease. Return your keys to Renters Marketplace and leave us with your forwarding address for deposit disbursement. Carpets must be vacuumed and professionally shampooed by a truck-mounted steam cleaner ONLY (keep receipt and provide to the Property Manager). Make any necessary repairs of drywall damage not noted in "move-in walk through" such as nail/tack holes etc.
