I became a Realtor because I believe in homeownership and real estate investing is one of the most significant events in a person's life. I purchased my first home straight out of college and it was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. Since 2004, I have sold over $420 million dollars in real estate here in the Puget Sound area and helped over 1,200 families achieve their housing goals.

Our broker, Noah Pratt is awesome! I have been bugging this guy for quite a while now but he seems determined to help me find my home! It's been challenging but he doesn't want to give up on me. The housing market is so stupid and crazy right now and it feels like you're going into battle lol. This team and especially our realtor, Simon Cruz, went above and beyond for us every step of the way. I just closed on my house with Alec Klasna of Jon Bye & Associates as my realtor and I was very pleased with the experience. I've been a homeowner before, but this market was crazy and nothing like what I was used to. Alec was very aware of current market trends and values, great at coming up with ways to make my offers aggressive and attractive to buyers, and easily able to explain different options and approaches that we had. Selling and buying property is a very complicated process for a person like myself who inherited multiple properties. Jon Bye and his team were an absolute blessing to help me through the selling of these properties. The last one needed a lot of extensive and costly repairs that I was unaware of at first.
