Opened in March of 2014, our 3,000 square foot studio is spacious and well equipped to provide a personal workout for our clients. We are located just a 6 minute walk from the Bethesda Metro station at 7809 Woodmont Avenue Level C. Public parking is available across the street in the Montgomery County Garage next to Blacks Bar and Grill.

Services
At Fitness Generation we have the most knowledgeable personal trainers in the Bethesda Chevy Chase area. We specialize in customized fitness programs for any level. We listen to your body and adapt our program design accordingly. We firmly believe in the idea of movement for a better life at any age.
One to one personal training with our knowledgeable Certified Personal Trainers, will motivate you and help you reach your fitness goals. Why work with a Personal Trainer at our studio? During each one hour session, your trainer will design a program customized to your fitness goals and needs. Each session will be comprised of mobility work as a warm-up, and will incorporate cardio and strength elements throughout the duration.
Small group training is for clients who enjoy a team atmosphere. Coaches and clients work together to encourage and push all members of the group to perform to the best of their abilities. We offer hour long sessions comprised of teams based on experience and skill level. We strive to make sure all clients are challenged during every session, while also maintaining a fun environment.
Fitness Generation offers massage therapy at $100 for a 60 minute session. Appointments are available on Tuesday and Thursday evenings or by special arrangement. Our Licensed Massage Therapist David Delewski utilizes Swedish massage, including effleurage and petrissage modalities, as well as deep tissue and myosfascial techniques.
