World of Learning is a smaller child care center with a home away from home atmosphere. We have been serving families in Burlington, Massachusetts and the surrounding area since 1982. We have earned a great reputation in the community and have enjoyed seeing many of our students return as parents to enroll their children in our program.
We offer year-round care for children from two months to five years old. Our caring and knowledgeable educators provide a safe and nurturing environment for the children and work to build a partnership with their parents. We believe children learn best in an environment that is responsive to their needs.

Services
Infants learn through their senses (seeing, hearing, tasting, smelling and feeling), by physically moving around and through social interaction. In our Infant Program we provide a warm, safe and loving environment that enhances these areas and develops basic trust. Our Infant Teachers are very warm and responsive people who are able to interpret a baby's cries and babbles.
We believe that children should enjoy learning and should have fun in expressing their curiosity about themselves and the world around them. Our curriculum emphasizes and promotes "active learning", through hands on experience, observation and discovery. Our educators help the children to develop confidence by setting limits, offering direction, explanation and encouragement as well as praising them for their effort.
We take pride in our educators. Our teachers, assistants and volunteers are responsible and pleasant individuals who are able to relate well with young children. All teachers have been certified to teach through the Department of Early Education and Care. All educators are evaluated by the director on an on going basis.
