Great place. Used to take my car here when I worked nearby. I met the owner (Nick) at my job.
Although Its out of the way for me to take my car here. I still refer a lot of people to take their car here and they are always happy.
The only downside its in a busy area and you might have to park a block away.

Engine works is no longer convenient.
I don't work down the the block anymore.
I now have to drive 10 miles.
If I couldn't drive, I'd get the car towed there.
It's still the most reliable honest auto repair shop I've found. The quality of their work far exceeds the prices they charge

The Engine Works saved the day, again.
So thankfully this time it's my son's car on the fritz this week and not my own. I know that sounds cruel but I've already spent enough maintaining my own car lately.
My son comes to me on a Saturday morning as he's rushing out the door for work to tell me my car won't run. So I ask what's going on with it he told me it keeps stalling. Apparently the night before it stalled on him in the middle of the parkway, a very scary situation. I start the car for myself and see the car just won't idle. Every time you take your foot
