I've been taking the cardio kickboxing class for a month an half now and have lost 30lbs. This class is fun exciting and you won't even feel the 45 minutes of workout. I personally would recommend this to anyone trying to loose some weight or better themselves and try to make a definite change in their life.

Extremely professional, caring and helpful. Since the dojo has been closed the Sensei's have gone above and beyond to train through Zoom to assure the kids continue with their training and get a workout in. They truly do make you feel like family and are amazing in supporting each other kids. Not only do the kids learn karate, but they learn character words and self defense moves each month and learn how to apply them in real life situations. They also have Adult Self Defense and Fitness Kickboxing which are also great, fun classes for adults. No matter what the Senseis are always there ready

Truly this is an amazing place.
The staff is outstanding! My son 6 year old had a hard time at school and we were told he may be ADD or ADHD he does have a sensory disorder. We thought he would never fit in or have a place or activity he could master!
Here at this studio, They know his potential and they push him!
They are patient with him. Kind, but still treat him no different and ensure that he meets his full potential.
My son is now listening at home, at school. He loves coming here. Camps are amazing too.
All sensei are so fantastic! They are fun, energetic, and very knowledgeable

Sensei Chico & Sensei Tammy run an amazing dojo that teaches discipline before defense. Teaching Bushido Karate to all ages (our son started at 4) and adult kickboxing, the costs are quite reasonable, with a flat monthly fee allowing unlimited sessions. The kids love all the senseis, some of whom grew up in the program. I can't recommend them enough!

I really wanted to do something outside the norm of a traditional gym workout. So I started researching martial arts studios in my area. The very first place that came up on Yelp was Villatoro Bushido Martial Arts.
They just so happened to have a trial offer for 2 classes of their adult self defense class. It was such a great deal and no upfront commitment, I was a fool if I didn't try it. I also got some complimentary gloves for signing up!

My daughter was a little shy and nervous about taking karate at first, but she instantly loved it, on her first day. Shane made her feel welcomed and the main instructor makes learning martial arts very fun for the kids. I truly recommend this place, if your looking into getting your kids into the sport; I wish i could give this place 10 stars.

After months and months of attending my local 24hr fit, I decided to try something new. I've always wanted to do kickboxing so, I started doing some research and came across VBMA. Sensei Tammy offered me a free trial class to see if it was something I would be interested in. The following morning minutes after that class I signed up. VBMA has become a second home to my son and I. My son takes karate lessons and has fallen in love with karate with the help of the friendly sensei staff. This dojo has provided my son with discipline, respect and a balanced focus in/out of school.
