I’ve been training with Cayden Riley for almost a year now and I can honestly say that I’ve accomplished more in the short amount of time then investing countless months with other trainers. Cayden gives the simplest of plans that you could ask for while also giving constant support and answering your questions and concerns. On top of being financially flexible Cayden is very friendly and supportive to your fitness goals while also giving you freedom to go on your own. I’ve been with Riley Fitness for about six months now. Riley has helped me transformed both my own physique and my outlook on fitness as a lifestyle. He is really helpful, encouraging, motivational, and positive. he creates such a welcoming, fun atmosphere to work out in, and he pushes me to get better with my own exercises and routine. There’s not really a “can’t do option” it’s a “we’ll get you there” outlook. I would definitely recommend working with Riley he is awesome and super friendly, and his team is really on their game!

One word, RESULTS! Over the years I'd say I've probably tried every different type of workout, bootcamp classes and diets etc, but never have I ever achieved the kind of results that I have with Caydens training and guidance. I thought I knew the right way to be eating ....wrong lol! Cayden Riley is the ultimate personal trainer. Whether you are looking to lose weight, gain muscle, compete in competitions or just become a better you he is the man for the job. I was a college athlete and he brought out the full potential in me through weights and strength training while also making sure I was on a meal plan that could be flexible enough to stick to while going to college and traveling across the country for my sport. There are not enough words to describe Cayden Riley! I’ve been training with him for a little over 2 years now and he is incredible. He is my body building coach for NPC/IFBB competitions, and he has guided me to win medals in 5 competitions including an Overall win. I have been training with Coach for a little over 2 years and we've been able to improve comp after comp. Coach Cayden has guided me through 6 competitions and for each I have grown and learned so much. Coach is well invested in the fitness industry and provides a lot of knowledge to his athletes when it comes to bodybuilding. About halfway through training with Cayden I moved locations so I wasn't able to train with him 1 on 1 but he still coached me "remotely" and we STILL got the results we were aiming for. I would send him videos, pictures and progress updates weekly and closer to my comps

Cayden Riley is a wonderful personal trainer. He is very knowledgeable about fitness routines and nutrition. He listens to my personal fitness goals and adjusts my program to push me to achieve them. He is able to successfully train men and women for competitions as well as people like me working to lose the baby weight. I've been training with Cayden almost a year and have lost all the weight I gained while pregnant, and even a little more.
