Chris has an extensive background teaching good health to those who are looking for improvements in general health and weight loss. Pure Living Fitness has afforded Chris an opportunity to work with college and professional athletes and he has also assisted physical therapy patients.

Bootcamp for Teens is a unique fitness program, with proven results, that focuses on creating healthy lifestyle changes through training and eating the Fitness Way. Exercises will be performed by training in an interval style, with your heart rate racing up to 80% Max Capacity, followed by 30-second active rest periods.
At this time, it is especially important to continue training with a skilled, experienced professional who understands the therapeutic process. I will work within your physical therapist's guidelines, as well as your level of comfort, to ensure that you retain and regain the highest possible level of functioning during and after the repairing process.

I contacted Chris the week before the Corona Virus stay at home order and I started doing FaceTime training sessions to fit my schedule. Chris is very accommodating and started working at my level (out of shape and overweight). I lost 20 lbs in less than 2 months with stretching & exercise to get me back in shape but most importantly changing my eating habits. I feel better, my back problems have gone away and my energy level has increased tremendously. I've also started walking more regularly as time allows and sometimes even jog/run and my legs/body don't feel that strain on

Wife has been coming to Pure Living Fitness for awhile and is hooked. Chris and his trainers are all motivating and knowledgeable. They take into account if you have an injury and adjust your workout accordingly, all the while encouraging you to get the best results. Wife said it's a fun atmosphere and she has "found her happy place."
Our three adult kids also enjoy Pure Living Fitness, because Chris and his instructors train all different fitness levels, so everyone is getting a great workout, geared to your specific need. College son especially loves getting a few workouts

THE BEST trainers and fitness experience and I highly recommend Pure Living Fitness!!

I'm a 31 year old busy professional struggling to get to the gym. I was at a point where I needed professional help reaching my fitness goals. I chose Pure Living Fitness because of the wonderful reviews on yelp and the personal training offered here was well priced and offered a more personal experience than nearby gyms I compared. I signed up for a package of personal training with Chris Garcia and it was totally worth it!

I started working out with Chris and his team March 2018. I noticed an increase in strength, endurance, and energy within 2 months. The trainers are so encouraging and other members are very welcoming. I took my son in for a couple of weeks before cross country season. He also enjoyed the attention from the trainers. They continue to ask about him even though he was only there a few weeks. The support and attention is the best!!!

I have been working with Chris Garcia for about 3 months now and I'm already seeing great results! His superb personal training, and food and diet guidance has really made fitness easy for me. Pure living fitness offers great training, high energy and fun workouts. They are knowledgeable about all types of training styles. I would definitely recommend this gym if you are looking for great results.

I have nothing but good things to say about Pure Living Fitness. I have been to many different gyms and haven't achieved results like this. The trainers taught me that its not all about working out hardcore every time you step foot in the gym, it's about working out strategically. Each trainer is highly skilled at coaching form to maximize muscle building and minimizing injury. So, if you are thinking about it, do it. There is no better return on investment than the investment you make on yourself at Pure Living Fitness!

I contacted Chris at Pure Living Fitness after reading the excellent reviews on Yelp. Now I know why the reviews are so great. I absolutely love this gym. At 59 years old, I was concerned that it would be intimidating to start back at the gym. However, my experience has been extremely positive.

Chris Garcia is a very skilled and knowledgeable trainer. He explains all of the exercises thoroughly and is always encouraging. Chris Garcia is incredible. This gym along with Chris has transformed the way I look at exercise and nutrition. The best thing I can say about this place is that it's like a second family. You simply can't go wrong with signing up. I love the classes, depending on whether I'm looking for strength or cardio that day, there's always something great going on. I highly recommend Pure Living Fitness and Chris Garcia is hands-down one of the best trainers around.

I was previously signed up at a regular gym, feeling totally uninspired by the treadmill and boring classes. Then I discovered Pure Living Fitness on Yelp and joining this gym was the best decision I've ever made! Chris is an amazing, stand-up guy who knows his stuff inside and out.

The classes are small and focused. Some days are cardio based, other days are weight based, so you're always getting a balanced workout. Chris, the owner takes the time to get to know you, your habits, and your goals. The gym itself is the perfect size, as the classes are always kept small, which I like. It allows for personalized attention throughout the workout. Chris pays attention to form, something I find important and don't find from many other workout instructors. Also, if you have any injuries, he modifies workouts accordingly while always making sure you are comfortable. The classes are about an hour which keeps things interesting and not as repetitive. This is only my second week here so I'm only reviewing based off of my experience. I will definitely update once I see results! All the trainers are super friendly and encouraging. For once I don't feel super uncomfortable at a workout; even the people who work out here are amazing and friendly! The trainers push you but at the same time help you know your limits and to go at your own pace. Chris is the owner and he's super nice always encouraging! I can't wait to continue my fitness journey here and see results. Love this place I just wish I found out about it sooner:)

I just wanted to share.. This journey started out tough, but now it's a lifestyle for me and I'm on auto pilot now. I'm enjoying the journey dropping 4 sizes so far. I no longer have any ankle or leg pains, allergies, sinuses, or heartburn and acid reflux. I feel energized and positive when I get u in the morning. At 51 years old I feel like in my 30's.. I workout 4 days a week with my trainer Chris Garcia at Pure Living Fitness in Glendora, Ca. and I hike 5 miles 3 days a week .. I don't eat sugar, dairy, and refined carbs. Just giving thanks to Chris for really listening to my complaints re: me feeling tired and lacking energy and getting sick way to often because after recommending that I take these natural supplements (Fluoridix iron plus E-Z Greens), I totally feel my energy and immune system building up again. Chris is truly passionate and motivated to get people moving, working out and feeling their absolute best. With my energy levels rising I should be getting back to working out so thanks for the supplement tips!

Five stars I would definitely recommend it. The trainers understand everyone is different and have individual needs. Chris Garcia has been training me. I have really bad knees and thought I could never look like the athletic models but he proved me wrong with the right training you could look and feel great.

My son and i decided to get in shape. He was going to do his own program which he said would be harder than a boot camp. Game on. Got a living social and my son keeps me going.
First day, made me realize how out of shape I really Was! Sweat bullets and had legs that felt like rubber bands. Was sore for two days!
Second time, just as hard. Wondering if it will ever get any easier... I will let you know.
But what I will say is that everyone is nice and willing to help. Trainers are friendly, motivating and helpful not commanding. Workouts are HARD! Ruben and Vince have different styles but both

I was the typical gym rat at the major gyms, then one day I gave in and worked out at pure living fitness !!!! That was and still is probably one of the best decisions I've ever made!!!!! Here's the bottom line, give this place a try for one month and you will never go back to your old routine. The trainers, staff, Chris are the real deal!!!!!
