ALL Maintenance issues are to be put in writing. PM2T will receive promptly and act accordingly. Please input the contact number you would prefer our Property Manager's and Service Vendor's use to contact you in order to coordinate service appointments. It is important to notify us of any pets that will be in the home during service appointments.
If you intend on moving out of your leased property you must provide PM2T with written notice, per your lease agreement. Please fill out the information below. Please provide the date you intend on vacating your lease property. If you are uncertain of an exact move out date at this time, please provide a tentative date and update PM2T of a definite date once you're certain.
Join kids under age 12 for trick-or-treating. If kids are mature enough to be out without supervision, tell them to stick to familiar areas that are well lit and trick-or-treat in groups. Decorate costumes and bags with reflective tape or stickers and, if possible, choose light colors. Choose face paint and makeup whenever possible instead of masks, which can obstruct a child's vision.
If you become a landlord, you want tenants who pay the rent on time and take good care of your investment. Run a criminal background check. People convicted of violent crimes or drug dealing could still be threats. You might give a second chance to someone with an old conviction for property damage, but get a bigger security deposit.
