In 1973, Bob and Edna Hudgens opened Coastal Realty Services. Bob was a pilot and an engineer in the Air Force, stationed at Eglin Air Force Base in 1968. After investing in her first career as a military wife and mother, Edna earned her Real Estate license in the early 1970s. She became a dynamite salesperson and broker, well-respected in the Real Estate community.

I can honestly say, I've learned the real estate business from the ground up. In the afternoons after high school, I'd dig post holes in the front yards of new listings, mow yards and paint for my parents new real estate office.
After going to the University of Florida and earning my degree in Business Computer Science and then the University of West Florida earning my Master's degree in Business Administration, I received my salesperson's real estate license and then soon thereafter my broker's license in 1985.Since then I've worked every aspect of a general real estate brokerage business.

I began my Real Estate career in 2010 as the Maintenance Director for Coastal Realty Services. Once I received my Sales Associate license, I became a property manager in 2012 and I then became the Director of Property Management in Dec of 2016. I graduated from University of Central Florida in 2005, which is where I met my better half, Kimmie.

Don't expect a deposit back. I got scammed big time. I even fixed the apartments issues with no expectation of refund. I got charged for painting when it was never painted. Got charged for cleaning when it was spotless. They put all this and more on my credit report illegitimate. Don't take the chance with them. I have had many rental agencies and this was the worst experience ever for someone that was never late on rent and caused zero problems. Good luck!

This is the worst place for military to live possible. If you're military they automatically charge you more.
I had several issues with roaches, black mold, and plumbing, and it was so bad that I asked to inhabit another unit while they made the necessary repairs. My son has chronic asthma and can't live in those conditions. The property manager Tyler Capetoli basically told me that I could bring him my keys and go live on the streets if I didn't like how it was being handled. Tyler was always rude and rarely ever cared for any of his tenants.
I've talked to several residents who I've run into

By far, the best property managment i have ever had. I am a tenant. In the year since i have moved in,they have replaced my stove,dishwasher & today they installed a brand new ac unit. WOW!! Never in my life have i been treated with such care!! 10 stars!! They also never bother me at all. Thanks so luch Ciastal realty!! You guys are awesome!! I am so impressed!! I have rented from almost ever realtor in the area,these guys are amazing!! They really care about their tenants ❤

We rented from Coastal for 3 years and never had an issue! Any maintenance requests were handled promptly and correctly. When it came time to purchase our first home, we decided to use Coastal’s agents. Bethany & Renee were a pleasure to work with! They made sure we fully understood the process and answered any crazy questions we had. We closed on our projected closing date without issue. We would highly recommend these two ladies!!

It was a great pleasure to sell my home with Angelica from Coastal Realty Services. I can't imagine having done this without her help. Then once you live here for a while nah. Takes days to hear back about anything from the “property management” and anything done to the property is absolutely Half- As. Then ope everything is done through a outdated and unresponsive website and that’s how we tried to contact you besides the 3 other means that make sense
60 year old duplex’s fall apart and need repair, I understand that 100% but when I say something else needs repairs don’t

The home I lived in was basically falling apart and the owner would wait until the last second to fix anything. Couldn't even get internet service because the owner was too cheap to upgrade the cabling. The AC went out in the middle of summer and I had to wait a week to get it replaced. The house itself had termite damage all over. The deck in the backyard was old and had rusty nails sticking out all over the place. Exquisite service. Kimberly helped me sell my home and to buy a new one. Her advice proved to be right on perfect. She took the time to let me look and evaluate several homes until we found just the right one for my family. She stuck with me through the closing headache of banker mistakes and miscommunication. Great customer service. We moved from Michigan but couldn’t be here to find a rental. We used Coastal Realty Services to help us and they were able to do everything but turn the keys over to us remotely. Any maintenance issues Tyler managed it right away.
