Had a stellar experience building up a semi-custom Stella ti from Chumba. They helped me get the right fit, find the right components for my intended riding goals, and have been super responsive with questions that have come up since I received the bike and have started putting miles on it. The build and riding quality are superb, I find that Im reaching for this bike over my full suspension on 90% of rides.

I recently purchased a Terlingua (steel). The process was great and Vince was always able to get right back to me with any answers to my questions. Communication is a big thing, especially with the supply chain issues, and I never felt "in the dark" about the timeline of my build. When I got the bike it was flawless. The paint is great, the welds look amazing and the few custom changes were exactly as ordered. You know you can buy a big brand and that is fine. However, Chumba is (I believe) family owned and you get a real personal feel when you work with them. They also support a lot of great athletes

Vince and the team at Chumba are superb. The Terlingua Titanium frame they built for me has turned into my favorite, most capable, most fun bike of all times. I recently completed the Arkansaw High Country Race Individual Time Trial on it. Several people commented on how beautiful the bike was, even when mostly covered with mud. My next bike will also be a Chumba.

I have never more impressed by Vince and the team at Chumba for helping me with my dream bike build. From the geometry to the components selection as well as the color combination. Holy smokes - the Sendero is far and away the most balanced and intuitive bike I've ever ridden. ZERO "get to know you" time needed.
And man oh man... the ride quality and comfort compared to my other hardtail isn't even close.
I ordered a small and am passing along photos and build details should it be of value to you or future orders for small frames.

I submitted some information on the Stella Ti I was looking at and expected a response via email within the week. Within an hour, I received a call from Vince, himself. He took the time to really understand what I was looking for and what my goals were. Throughout the process he always kept me up to date with progress.
