Stuart did such an amazing job helping us sell our house! We were able to get multiple offers within 48hrs and Stuart helped us every step of the way. He made the process very simple by providing us with lists and recommendations to help us get our house in the best shape for showings, and an organized spreadsheet to compare our offers once they came in. We enjoyed working with Stuart Jeffares in the sale of our house in Birmingham, Michigan. He made really great suggestions regarding how we could make the house more attractive and saleable and after following his suggestions we were able to negotiate a sale within 6 - 7 weeks of placing the house on the market.
