Son just purchased a home where this realty was the listing agency with Anthony Nucci as the listing agent. I have never walked into a dirtier home in my life. I don't believe the previous owners ever cleaned their refrigerator or kitchen sink while they lived there, All kinds of food left behind some of which is past expiration. Tons of mold in the bathroom tub/shower. The interior of kitchen cabinets are too dirty to even begin to try moving in. The fact that Anthony saw nothing wrong with this appalls me. Shame on him. In the future I would certainly avoid homes listed by this realty if this

Mark was truly the perfect person to help us find our first home! He listened to our wants and needs and was honest with us about what would be best long-term. We closed on our new home in Rochester Hills here. Because of COVID-19 issues these people came right out to our car with clipboards and all the paperwork for me to sign right in my car. Appropriate masks and spacing. Explained everything about the paperwork, answered any questions about the process.
