Was a loyal customer for years. Now I have one unit down, another newly installed unit leaking causing a hole in my kitchen ceiling, and they keep sending an unprofessional and incompetent tech who can't fix any of it but is always "just being honest with me" when he repeatedly tells me I'm out of luck. I've been left for days without AC in my bedroom on the hottest days of the year. If you want to get hung out to dry when it really matters, despite spending 10's of thousands of dollars witu a company, you will love CoolZone.

Santiago (Samuel) was very professional and diagnosed the issue within minutes of arriving. He made sure to get on things quickly because we have 2 children and it is the heat of the Florida summer. Within an hour, the service manager was at our house with the new parts that were under warranty, and they really saved the day. We used Cool Zone for our initial a/c replacement, continued maintenance, and for repairs. I couldn’t believe how fast they got everything fixed. It is the heat of the summer in Florida, so we were extremely happy that they fixed everything so quickly. Highly recommend!

I've used Cool Zone since 1997 and they are always professional, courteous, on time, and well priced. They also installed my new air-conditioner in 2013, and it's still running efficiently and maintaining the coolness in my home. I have Cool Zone do yearly maintenance twice a year to maintain my system, and my recent experience with Sam S. was professional. He notified me he was on the way, and once here, he did a very thorough job. I would recommend Cool Zone to all!!

I called 4 companies, Cool Zone was the only company that got someone out the same day.
I needed a new unit and once again Cool Zone was the only company that followed up, checked warranty, verified the job and quoted me. All within 48 hours.
Price was fair, work was scheduled, installers came on time, finished on time and left without a mess.

We recently purchased and remodeled a Naples condo. We had some problems with the A/C (condenser pan, thermostat, lots of dust...) and needed a professional evaluation of the condensation drain lines. We want the A/C to be reliable both when we're in Naples and when we're away. Sam came out immediately and gave a thorough evaluation, recommendations and options. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Jason/team cleaned the entire duct system, air handler, condenser coils, replaced grills and installed a wifi thermostat. They took care to cover counters and floors to minimize dust/contaminates

I'm giving them a three. We've been in a new place for a month now (renting) and they've been out a total of four times. So I appreciate their follow up and making sure things are done right. I don't know what the issue is and why it wasn't fixed the first time but I know ac's aren't easy to fix in one sweep so I'm not upset at that, I'd prefer a thorough job over a month rather than multiple visits over many months. The problem is I twice I've gone to see if they were still here to see the work van(s) gone and our garage door opened up and they

I typically do not write reviews and was quite surprised to see the star rating in yelp. I celebrate my second season in Naples. Cool Zone just completed a service. Thomas in my opinion is a skilled knowledgeable tech. He spotted a deteriorated filter that could fail. Obviously keeping old things going is better than their replacement. Just ask any of us Snowbirds. Thanks for a great experience 5 Stars from me
