Air Conditioning by Commercial has serviced Southwest Florida since 1993 and is locally owned and family operated. Our founder, Jim Albert, sought a qualified company to service the company he then owned, Naples Ice Company. Without much success, Jim decided to start his own service company and partnered with Tim Wallen who had extensive refrigeration background.
Together they formed Commercial Refrigeration, Inc. While growing the business, Jim and Tim realized there was a need for a reliable, qualified company to service air conditioners for both the residential and commercial markets in Southwest Florida. Today, Air Conditioning by Commercial has over 90 years combined experience in the HVAC/R industry.

My AC died 1 year and a week after installation. After calling the contractor that installed the unit, Florida Heat and Air, I was quoted a ridiculous $1800 for labor and the capacitor since the compressor was under warranty. Decided to get a second opinion and called AC by Commercial. Joe came by and found the compressor was ok and didn’t charge for the capacitor. Total $137. I will highly recommend AC by Commercial, thank you Joe, Jessie and staff. Nice and professional folks.

WOW! If you are looking for an AC company, look no further! This company has gone above and beyond dozen of times for me.
