This place has 5 stars bc it's supposed to have 5 stars!! I'm so pleased with the amazing service and results of my car. But first of all Rods was recommended to me by a client of mine. And so I finally got time to get some work done on my car. And the receptionist and Tyler were so nice and helpful. Friendly and upbeat and so happy to help. This place is awful and I do not recommend this business to anyone. I had a quote at a reasonably price and scheduled my actual appointment to take my car in. Upon arrival to the actual appointment, they did not have me in the schedule for the day, despite the fact that they told me to come in on that day in the first place. They said they'd need to charge me extra for not being on the schedule, but I did eventually get them to waive that charge. We took a look at my car again, and the guy had the quote in hand. I wanted to make sure the price had not changed, so I asked about it, and lo and behold

I was involved in an accident several years back in my Hyundai Tiburon, I went in with some driver side rear damage, the rest of the vehicle was in perfect condition, it was a 3 year old car at the time. I went to pick the car up and my headlights had been scratched up like they had been replaced with an older pair. I confronted them about it and was told it was just normal wear and tear, but I had pictures a few weeks before the body repair and the headlights were in perfect condition. I will never use this company again after that situation.

If I could give ten stars, I would. You don't come across many businesses like this in Huntsville. Absolutely a pleasure to talk and do business with these people.
I hit a deer in a custom colored corvette. Not only did they match the paint amazingly well, but they waxed it and took care of other details too. They had the car in and out VERY quickly. It was everything and more than I could have expected. I will be recommending them to anyone else I talk to!

After much consideration I settled on Rod's custom to repair the damage I did to my wife's Lexus. Having grown up in Huntsville they were recognized in my group of hot rodding 17 year olds as the best shop on Huntsville. That was 41 years ago. Everyone at the shop was helpful, friendly and responsive. They did a great job of quelling my nerves by providing weekly updates as to the status of my car and the work was finished on time. I received a lifetime warranty on my repairs making the repair worry free for me since I believe this shop will be in business a long time. Before and after photos attached

This is my first time to use Rod's Collision Repair. From my initial phone call until the time I picked up my car, I was treated with utmost respect. It's difficult to find businesses these days where you feel they actually WANT your business! I was kept informed as to their progress on the repairs, which I thought was very considerate. My car was ready exactly on the timeline expected. My car was repaired perfectly to my satisfaction. Of course I hope not to need a repair center again, but if I did, I would go to Rod's without hesitation. I HIGHLY recommend their service.

I took my daughter's BMW 318is right side door panels to have them reupholstered at Rod's Custom in Huntsville Alabama. She was coming home for the weekend and they guaranteed that they would have them ready to install by Friday, the day she was coming home. On Wednesday, I called to find out how they were coming along on the door cards. The person at the desk informed that the person that took my order (the shop manager) was gone for the week and connected me with the upholstery shop.
