My issue did not end up being transmission related, so unfortunately Smith's was not the correct place for my repair. However, I received quality customer service, no charge for my diagnostics, and he was able to tell me exactly what was wrong with my husband's vehicle.

These guys are just awesome plain and simple. Walked in the front door and was immediately given a smile, an informative answer to all of my questions, a price, and I was good to go. Got a call 1.5 days later, my 2008 Hummer H3 Alpha had a completely rebuilt and upgraded transmission that worked perfectly for a solid price. Included with that was a 1 year unlimited mile warranty. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my experience with this shop and I will tell anyone around to come here for their transmission problems.
