Our Mission and goal as Mack's Paint & Body Shop Inc is to do the very best repair job possible on every vehicle that comes into our shop. We try to help bring peace and comfort to our customers who have just experienced a very traumatic event and help walk them through the process of the repair. We receive our greatest satisfaction from our customers who tell others what they have experienced at Mack's and share with them what a great job our repair team accomplished on their vehicle.

I have had several repairs and jobs at Mack's. I trust them. They will always be my first choice for Body Work. I would say I have used them probably 7 times in the last few years for various jobs from significant repairs after and accident, to getting a new parts painted off the car, or fixing a corrosion issue.

A+ experience all around. Friendly and courteous staff, timely response and work time, excellent job done on the repair, and even a complimentary car detailing. I would highly recommend and will be back for any service needs in the future. Recently moving this region it is nice to find a reliable group to work with!

Had a minor fender bender where someone was waved through an intersection and hit me. The process was super simple at Mack’s. They were able to take the pictures and file everything necessary for my insurance. They kept me abreast of the repairs and had the car ready when promised.

Amazing service with a smile. Hit a deer and messed up the front of my truck after Mack's got done you cannot tell anything ever happened. Best customer service and quality of repair in a timely manner you could ever hope for. If you need a repair this is the place to go.

My truck was caught in a hail storm. Scheduling conflicts kept us from being able to get it fixed in NC (where we are currently living) so we called Timmy Peebles! He worked us into his schedule while we are home for a visit. We could not be happier!! The hood had to be replaced. The paint on the new one is blended beautifully with the rest of the truck! We asked him to do a few extra things in addition to the insurance work, and those are amazing too! Work was done in a timely manner. All staff members were professional. Definitely reccomend!
