Services
I am currently offering one-time psychiatric consultation evaluations for diagnostic clarification and treatment recommendations, without a commitment to ongoing care. The initial consultation visit will then be scheduled at the earliest mutual convenience. You will be asked to complete rating scales and intake forms prior to this visit to facilitate the assessment.
Consultation evaluations are scheduled based on desired location and availability. The initial consultation visit will be scheduled within 2-3 weeks of first contacting me, and the second (feedback) visit will be scheduled approximately 5-7 business days after. My office hours for established patients are typically Tuesdays 9:30am-7pm, Wednesdays 9:30am-5pm, and Saturdays 10am-2pm.
Fees are established according to services performed. Initial appointments may entail indirect services including physician and other professional and family consultation, records review, report writing, test interpretation, etc. Fees are charged for direct as well as indirect services. I do not participate with any insurance plans.
