I will never coming back to this place. I have been coming here with all my pets and i regret it. 1st the secretary is so rude all the time. 2nd no one knows there butt from There elbow Or who’s done what. To the extent where they gave my Poor dog an extra shot she didn’t need and then charged me for it, then another visit they gave one price ($100)and then outrageously charge me more. Ashley told me I would only pay one office visit for one of my dogs and then they charged me for two ( lies). there out for the cash. I even had my neighbors brining there pets here. Never again will I refer

I would recommend it only if you speak VERY GOOD ENGLISH, front desk people are awful, (maybe not all of them). it is too sad because Doctors and assistants are GREAT! My English is not terrible, but it is not perfect, I tried in two different days to make an appointment for my cat, Daisy, both times they were super rude. Not helpful and… treating with not patience or kindness. It was so frustrating, I always try to do my best when I speak English, they didn’t move a finger to try to understand me. They even look for someone that speak my native language, even when I said I didn&rsquo

The first impression of Pine Banks, Serena was awesome! She was thorough and very patient with me speaking about Snowflake's care tomorrow. If this is any indication of the hospital, we can't wait to meet the team!
Seeking another veterinarian because of a bad experience at last Vet. The Dr. didn't even say hi to her and went to grab her up! Well darn! I would have hissed too! We was there for her annual and nail trim. It was down hill after that. And then he labeled Snowflake rambunctious. 🤔🙃🙁

Wonderful just wonderful an actual family run vet!!! It was my 1st time here and it's so nice to visit a vet that cares about your pet as much as you do. Dr. Syed was knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate. Roxy and me really felt welcomed by everyone one and even though she went in sick, we left feeling better that we had in days. Thank you.

I’ve been taking my animals there for over 15 years and get the same great caring service every time. Wonderful people staff and the most caring doctors any animal parent would want. Never had a bad experience!! They treat my animals as if they were their own!! Highly recommend them for any situation. Can’t say enough about this clinic.
