Very helpful, great service. Patient on phone calls & kept me informed. Helped me with unusual problem--had to get my car from a parking lot/storage (no keys, no parking ticket) near Atl Airport and then tow it to a town north of Canton. Went above & beyond. They obviously handle several counties with professionalism!

When AAA fell through TWICE, we gave up and contacted Patriot. They were quick to arrive, professional and careful with our car and made a stressful situation much easier. Much to our surprise, our other car also had an issue a few weeks later, and while AAA said they would be there in an hour or more (which we had no faith in), we called Patriot and they arrived in less than 30 minutes. We hope we don't need their services again, but wow, they were terrific.

I had an issue with insurance's call center providing emergency tow service. I called Patriot and the dispatch agent, Rick, was great! He set everything up, kept me informed, and sent me the receipt via email for me to turn into insurance. Fantastic customer service and the cost didn't break the bank.

Bradley Shane towed my new Mercedes to the dealership because the vehicle would not start or shift into neutral. He was professional and comforting while loading my vehicle. He used the correct equipment to make sure the vehicle was not damaged. This was my first time using this service and I am very pleased with his service and experience.

The service of getting the tow was good. As I drive a lowered vehical on bags, they walked me through the requirements to see if I could fit. The truck came out and had boards and made all the adjustments to ensure that I never scrapped anything on loading me up. Once my car made it to it's destination, the driver sent me a pic of it unloaded so I knew it made it safe. That was really nice. The reason I gave this place a 4/5 is because I scheduled the appointment on a Saturday for a Sunday pick up. Couple hours past my appointment my car isn't picked up still. So I call them.
