Great customer service. They showed up withing 20 mins when I called them at around midnight on a Sunday. I was waiting about 5 hours for a different company that never showed up. I definitely recommend Neese Towing

Wouldn’t give me a quote on how much it would be to tow my car because she “ doesn’t do quotes unless they tow your car, everyone is different hun” like okay?? Then I won’t be using you they’ll probably up charge the hell out of you

I called a lady answered , I stated “hey I was just calling to see how much it is to get my car towed from
My backyard to the pavement?” She asked where it’s at , I gave her my address but again she asked where exactly is it at!? I’m like I gave you my address so what do you mean? The car?? She said yes and I said my backyard.... she said it’s been raining we can’t go to the back yard.../
Lol it’s a tow company to help when you’re stuck. She was rude period

Neese Towing is a first class operation, with quick and competent drivers. I was stranded late last evening on Highway 92 in Woodstock & Casey came to the rescue very quickly & he could not have been nicer. He towed my car to my home then helped move it to a safe location on my street for me as my driveway is a huge incline. I will call Neese again in the future if I need another tow.

My son had his first auto accident earlier this week. Dawg from Neese Towing was called in to tow the car. He is so caring and compassionate. Made sure my son was ok. My son couldn't say enough kind words about him. Thanks for getting our car taken away so quickly. Will certainly use you again if needed. Thank you!
