Was not pleased at all with the service. I called to have my car picked up and dropped off and they got lost and then told me either I pay more money after they messed up or they were going to just going to leave my car in a random destination. Driver complained that the drive was underpaid like I gave him the quote. The amount they charged to drop it off 5 miles away was unreasonable and unfair. I would not recommend this company to anyone after this experience.

Have been there for car auction a couple times. They are very strict on not letting you see cars fully operational. You cannot open hoods or sit in cars. The auction may take 2+ hours, but there is no restroom. Most attendees are Black, all the employees are white. Might explain the lack of respect given to customers. I probably won't return.

I had a car in a tight parking deck, and needed to tow it fairly far. I called three other places in the area, and all the answers I received were rude and turned me down. KO Towing was polite, and worked with my schedule to have the car towed the next day. They had had no problem doing what the other companies said they couldn't. The driver was a true professional, and also polite. I would recommend them to anyone in their area.

I have dealt with this company and the owner a few times during their monthly auctions and everyone here has always been professional and very helpful ///// I am currently in the Army and can read people pretty good. If I had an issue I would gladly use them. For you people complaining about this and that, its purely emotional when you get your car towed - take all your emotion out of the equation and just deal with the facts and you'll find this is actually a decent company. I needed my car towed out of my parking garage because of a flat tire. Greg gave me a call about 15 minutes before our scheduled appointment and was right on time. He very easily picked up my car and got it out of the notoriously small garage quickly and effectively. Very professional communication and service.

These guys helped me in a really bad spot. I blew 2 tires and had to leave my car at a gas station over night. When I showed up the next day, the owner of that station called ko to have me impounded. Fortunately, I got back to the station before ko showed up. I talked to the manager and he agreed to tow me to the mechanic for a small fee. Thanks guys, I really appreciate what you did for me today.

Crooks! Never showed up! Our insurance called to check where they were and driver claimed on first phone call that he was in process of loading car and would bring to our house within the hour THEN two hours later he told our insurance company the car wasn't where they were sent to?!? An hour later, police towed our car for being "abandoned"?! Dispatcher very rude, drivers full of excuses and lies and now we are out the towing fee. Don't use this company. They shouldn't be in business!

Where do I start? Kent Miller, the owner of the company is probably the most miserable, repulsive, unethical business owner that I have ever dealt with and I don't say that likely. The man is so abrasive and rude it's unbelievable how they remain in business with his deplorable attitude.

They really enjoy gouging their customers. Especially college students who have a hard time paying for things anyways. They want to charge $135 for towing a car less than a quarter of a mile and say they're giving a deal because it's usually $165. Very unprofessional and the office and yard were dirty. They should not ever be used to tow anything. I feel bad for anyone who walks out of class or work and realizes they've been towed by these people. It's all about perspective. If you're a property manager or own investment properties as we do, you want these guys in your vendor list. They are extremely professional and handle themselves very well around us. It's the people who have cars towed that are writing these reviews....and of course they are ticked. They didn't do what they were supposed to and now have to pay a bunch of fees or lose their cars. As property owners, we specifically chose them after reading the negative reviews....we needed someone tough to handle are illegal parking or abandoned vehicle tows.

Just got off the phone with these guys to get information on what they tampered with when towing my vehicle because my car wouldn't start and the owner answered the phone and was the rudest individual. He answered my first two questions sarcastically and rudely and after made some "I must have drank some kool-aid" comment because I told him my car wouldn't start and was asking what all they have to touch or maybe disable to move the car and I guess he didn't like that. I just tried to speak with this company over the phone in order to receive some information regarding a vehicle belonging to my girlfriend that they had moved. The owner answered and was immediately extremely hostile. He was defensive, accusative, and impossible to speak with. We were just trying to find out if they had somehow engaged the theft deterrent system because the battery was drained. I called back and spoke with a technician who was much more reasonable. The owner was unbelievably rude over the phone.

Run..........run........run........run...... worse tow company on this earth. the owner and his wife are scam artist. they tow cars then target you as a re-tow... that's right something no one has ever heard of, even the court system. basically once you pay for your car they bring it out there gate and then take it back in to make you pay again.... to get your money back i encourage everyone to file small claim lawsuits against them at cobb county court house. well worth it and include the court cost as apart of your refund amount.

The workers are very unprofessional. They did not treat my car gently and caused damage to it. The parking and the little office they have is absolutely disgusting. It smells like a huge garbage can. On top of everything, they do not get your work done in a timely manner.
