Majestic Car Wash

Wow - talk about above and beyond….trustworthy is not one of the choices above and is something that is at times hard to come by in business. The car cleaning crew who works on the car before it goes into the wash at this place are amazing. A very significant amount of money slipped out of my wallet and between the seats as I exited the car for cleaning. After one of the crew found it, the crew lead sought me out and returned the cash in the waiting area. A small act of kindness that surely made me a Majestic fan for life.

I have been here multiple times and usually I am pleased. I went today, and the outside of my car looks as it didn’t going in. There are some bugs on my hood and when I asked after the wash I was told I had to pay for a better car wash to get them off??? I would have paid, I guess, had I known, but now I not only wasted my money, but my lunch hour. :(

Hands-down one of the best car washes in Fort Lauderdale! Been coming here for years, never had a bad experience. The facility is super clean & the waiting area has big comfy seats, yummy snacks to purchase & free wifi. The staff is very pleasant to deal with. Exceptional service, great prices! If its just a simple car wash or intense detailing, everything is priced right. The quality of work speaks for itself. Been to many other car washes but Majestic offers the best service and experience.

I bought the King package car wash. Almost $30 what a huge disappointment. I could have done a better job myself. Rims were left dirty, they never cleaned the inside windows and windshield as I was promised the King package included it. I watched how rushed they cleaned the car. This was my second and last time. Both visits I experienced the same issue. They also took all the quarters and dimes left the nickels and pennies. This is very bad business.

My car was extra dusty. It wasn't washed good. They vacuumed only what you can see. When I moved my seat forward I saw a line of sand. I'll never go back nor recommend them.

Paid for the Royal cleaning... nothing royal about it. My tires still dirty, I had to clean it up myself. Steak marks all over the windows and interior trimming which I had to buff them out. No dried properly. Would never come to this place for any detail cleaning. If you feel lazy and don't feel like doing minimal vacuuming and drying after a car wash at a gas station, then I guess you could go here. Otherwise, don't waste your money or time.

Absolutely horrible. I paid $32 for my car to be hand washed (not sent through the machine) and the interior to be vacuumed and cleaned as well. The man used a hard brush on my car instead of a sponge or something that won’t damage paint, and didn’t even use soap. The bottom of my doors were covered in dirt still, like the car hadn’t even gotten wet yet. The inside carpets were vacuumed well, but my car was hardly wiped down. No product was used on the inside of my car, I think they used a rag with water to wipe down the interior. Such a waste of money, never go here.

The service is horrible, I took my car today and the guy who drove it to take it to the place where it was cleaned I accelerated in a rude way, then with the door open. they are not careful. I paid for nothing because my car is just as dirty. Horrible place.

This car wash is honestly great and fast!! My car always looks great after it gets washed and vacuumed here. The different packages definitely offer more and more. The staff is super fast and friendly and I get in and out. I love the hand drying phase! The only two things I wish they would do is open the lid to your gas tank and clean around it and also spray your car floor area w a nice scented air deodorizer. Specially when you go for the more expensive packages. All in all it’s a great car wash. When will they serve coffee again?!! 🤣
