I was searching for a new hairdresser after my previous one was no longer working in the Bay Area. I can’t tell you how happy I am that I found Jackie!! I have always wanted highlights, but was apprehensive bcuz of how often I dye my hair. Jackie explained the whole process to me and I decided to have it done. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my hair!! The highlights turned out better than I even imagined and was so happy to see that when my gray started coming in, it blended with the highlights and isn’t as noticeable!! Great experience from beginning to end. Text her for an appointment, she responded efficiently and quickly. My visit was awesome. The salon is small but clean with great energy. Her coworker is pleasant and it is a fun but relaxed environment. She spent time talking with me about what I wanted, the history of my hair, my lifestyle and more. We made a plan and I left thrilled. I came in for cut and color. My hair looks really healthy, shiny and I love the color and cut. No surprises. Jackie is a fantastic stylist and an expert at color. She’s been doing my hair for the last 19 years and I can’t imagine going to anyone else. I’m very particular about my red color and she keeps it just right with highlights and touch ups. When we moved to Virginia for two years I even flew home to get my hair done. I would recommend Jackie in a heartbeat!

I have been seeing Jackie for at least 20 years and have followed her each time she switched salons because she is the only person I trust with my hair. She helps keep my look current and on those occasions when I want to go for a more dramatic change, but I’m not sure exactly what I want, she’s great at making suggestions based on the latest trends. I also appreciate her honesty because if she thinks something will not look good or what I want to do will damage to my hair, she will tell it to me straight. To top it off, and she’s also a fun and sweet person to spend time with at the salon
