Very reliable, good price, nice work. Kept us informed throughout the project. The pool resurfacing looks beautiful. I wanted to keep my old tile and they were able to do that. Nice follow-up, they came back and checked the pool several times to be sure the chemicals were balanced. Would definitely recommend Alligator Pools.

Had my pool diamond brite 1 month ago. The finished product was a big disappointment . Streaks everwhere.The workers didn't speak English so I couldn't communicate with them. The tile job was excellent. I thought I was dealing with Alan who is the best but unfortunately that wasn't the case. Aldo did the follow adjusting the pool chemicals and did an excellent job

Alligator acid washed my pool after I purchased my home rather than trying to sell me a whole refinishing job. I then had them replace all the old pool equipment (new filter, salt chlorinator, heater, LED pool light and automation system). They did a great job and have been servicing my pool weekly ever since.

We used Alligator Pools to resurface and re-tile our pool. They did an excellent job. Finished quickly, cleaned up the whole area, and helped me fill out the papers required to get a credit on the cost of the water to refill the pool. Alan was extremely helpful and was great on followup.

I had let my small pool/spa go far too long. Alan was patient with me on design choices and made useful recommendations. while always emphasizing it was my pool, my choice. Alligator and/or their various subs sandblasted, poured/installed steps, resurfaced, repaired/installed pumps for pool, hydrotherapy, and waterfall, replaced light fixture, resurfaced with new tile work ... although it took a while to get started, once they did they were prompt, courteous, and hardworking. And nice!! Although I've been in Miami for 25 years my Spanish is not great, so I was pleased to be able to communicate

We had another company come evaluate the pool after Alligator discontinued our service. The new pool company's opinion was the pool had been poorly maintained. The filter had not been cleaned in some time and the pool chemical balance was way off, suggesting Alligator had not been testing our pool regularly. It seems they were just coming and throwing tablets in the pool without testing the chemical balance and properly cleaning our filter. The guy that works for Alan is very passive aggressive and does not seem to be doing his job properly. I would look elsewhere as Alan does not listen to
