The two most important factors for me in choosing Acquality were (1) they check the water quality each visit and (2) you receive an email after each visit giving you the water quality readings and the services performed. I can confirm that this happens every visit. They also take more care and do a better job at the services such as basket cleaning, brushing walls and vacuuming than my prior company.
Expect a quality pool service that is reliable, professional and discreet. When you sign up with Acquality Pool Service we assign you a day of the week and show up, rain or shine. If there are changes in the schedule we often give you heads up. Send you an email with the pool service log and photo of your swimming pool right after the tech is done with the pool cleaning.
An acid wash pool service is recommended when a pool has been neglected for an extended period of time. It is also recommended when there are stubborn pool finish stains. If you are wondering how do you treat pool stains an acid wash could be the answer. This pool service could remove pool stains or at least make them less visible.
One of Acquality Pool Services is algae removal. In the case of algae growth in your pool, we can apply a complete treatment to eliminate and prevent regrowth. My home pool is used daily by AirBnB guest. I've never had any complaints from any guest. On the contrary ALL have been very impressed by the quality of the pool water. Acquality is very responsive when any work needs to be done with pump or filter. Highly recommend them!

I moved to Coral Gables in late March, 2020 and not long after was facing a green pool situation with previously contracted service company not even attending site or contacting me. I reached out to Carlos and Beatriz at Acquality and they sorted everything straight away. Acquality Pool Service is a family owned and run business. Carlos and Beatriz are super knowledgeable and professional.

A/C quality pool service is a professional company that provides outstanding customer service. My pool has been impeccably clean for the past three years. I asked for a simple estimate through this company ...& the woman who called me back with the screaming kid in the background ...was RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL ...& hung up the phone on me when I asked her for the name of her company!!! If they treat you like this over the phone ...imagine the CRAP SERVICE you will receive weekly!!! CHOOSE A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY ...NOT THESE PEOPLE!!!
