Here at Michael Bliss DMD, we are proud to offer dental restorations so that you can be proud of your smile. We offer many different types of dental restorations to replace any broken or missing teeth. We offer fillings and crowns to fix any broken teeth. Implants and bridges to replace missing teeth.
Teeth that have large cavities, large fillings, or have been cracked or worn severely may not be strong enough to support a new filling. A crown is then recommended that covers the tooth, and protects it from breaking. A crown is a two appointment process. Appointment #1 is to prepare the tooth for a crown by removing all old fillings, decay, and appropriate tooth to allow a strong crown to be made by the lab.
Bridges are an option to replace a missing tooth. They require healthy teeth on either side of the missing tooth. Those teeth on both sides are prepared like they will receive a crown. Then three crowns fused together are cemented in place on those two teeth, suspending the replacement tooth between them.

Dr Ellison. I have found his work to be excellent and his treatment plans and advice honest and practicle. He is friendly and upbeat and I actually enjoy going to appointments. We thought they could be trusted and were willing to do what we ask. Even though we have told them for years no fluoride please one day the front lady, whom knew we do not use fluoride, lied to my 8 year old son telling him we said to use fluoride this time. My son argued with her knowing that was not correct yet they went against use and him. Then proceeded to tell use they can no longer serve us because our son argued with them. This is wrong to force us to do something we do not agree with.
