Appointment at 8am today, you must call them first to inform your there; await on them to call you back.
I waited an 1 hour 22 minutes for some one called back.
I called after 30 min to see how many before me, I was told I'm next there 1 ahead of me.
I called 15min later was told give then 5min there cleaning the room- I stated then do I need to reschedule cause this is ridiculous 5min
5 min turn to 20min- this was why I stop going years ago well one of the reason
So the office has cleaned house supposedly but CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS MARRIO!!

I began bringing both my daughters here for routine cleanings and checkups. The staff was not so friendly then ….but the back area where it mattered made the difference for me. Another reason why I don’t believe in first impressions. My girls were comfortable and they weren’t terrified of the dentist. Was told girls needed braces but insurance wasn’t gonna cover. The finance department did set up a plan for me. And I am very grateful for that. Best believe they were gonna get that money. I always came prepared to pay but the way they would call immediately upon arrival for the payment but

I truly love looking forward to my appointments at Dr Mario’s office. Professionalism at all times it’s more like family there. The waiting area that’s cozy and comfy in which I really miss, is limited because of this Covid going on so adjustments had to be made. But I tell you I know no other dental office that I know of will top his expertise and I guarantee you if you try Dr Mario out 1 time you’ll have no need to go anywhere else

My husband wanted to find an all black dentist. The schedule for new patients was a 4 month wait, but it was well worth the wait. Dr. Marrio and his staff are amazing! After not seeing a dentist for over a decade, his staff makes you feel so comfortable with the music choice, eagerness to help, and willingness answer any questions. Had to get a root canal during my visit and my experience was nothing but amazing! So glad my husband found you and will recommend!

The staff is great and Dr. Marrio is amazing! I’ve been a patient here for about a decade. The reason I gave two stars is because the wait time is way too long and they are booked for months on end which is very inconvenient. Example: I called last week to make an appointment for a teeth cleaning and the only available appointments were in June.

Today I had a situation needed dental attention immediately. I called and Dr. Marrio worked me in and my mouth feels fantastic!!
I love the way they adhere to social distancing by having you call once you get there and returning the call when they're ready. This keeps everyone safe.

I love Dr Marrio Smiles. This man is a very caring dentist he always has a smile. He is a phenomenal dentist. His staff is very courteous and professional..On my visit I work with his dental technician ,Cassandra Herring she is such a joy to be around .She made my dental experience very pleasant. I highly recommend this dental practice especially for those of us who dread Dental work
