The worst customer service. Terrible installation, took weeks to communicate a “warranty” which was then NOT done. Rude, disrespectful and has said they will not come out and do the work they failed to do correctly. The owner of this company is a bad person and does dishonest business…really not much else I can say about how terrible of an experience this was. $300 was just lost to this incredibly bad business.

Had a terrible experience with Safelite 2 days before shipping my vehicle overseas. Made an appointment 2 weeks ago and dropped off. The part they had was “broken.” This left me with less than 24 hours to get my windshield replaced or could not ship vehicle. I asked Safelite if they had any available in the DC area and they said they didnt which I find hard to believe for such a large company (2020 Honda Odyssey). Empire put the Wrong glass in my Mazda CX-5 vehicle! He gave me a hard time about getting my refund for the wrong window! I could not put my hands on my receipt at the moment, but they had me in their system and remembered me! I had to go elsewhere to get the correct window installed! Empire claimed they couldn't find my receipt in their system! When I gave them my Name however, The rude and unprofessional guy, remembered the service that they gave me! I found Empire Auto glass online yesterday and was given an online price quote with an additional $25 discount. They gave me a time slot for today and said they would come to me to repair the windshield at no additional cost, due to covid. Sean and his team mate were punctual and professional. They found rust on the body and did not charge me for the additional priming they had to do. They finished the work in under an hour and I am beyond happy with it. Steer clear of these people. I waited around all day for them to come service my car. At the end of the day, their representative texted me and said that a piece of the glass was broken and they could not come out. They then proceeded to try to change the price on me. I told them I would think about it and call them back. When I called them back several times, they ignored my phone call. I also tried to text them back and they ignored the texts as well. Fantastic experience! Lous goes above and beyond! I got a quote from Empire for a windshield replacement. I was happy to find out that Empire had a better price than Safelight and other auto glass places in the area. I set up an appointment for today while I was working. I got a call from the Technician Lous telling me that he and another technician were in the parking lot of my work and that I could “take my time” and “not rush”. I’d give it less than a one star if I could. I got my windshield replaced from here on June 17th and didn’t realize they replaced my windshield with a damaged one. There’s a large scratch/crack on the bottom left of the windshield and this is something that was created by driving because I did not used the car for about 2 weeks therefore it had to be there well beforehand. If I were you I would find a better auto glass shop to go to, it might be a little bit more expensive but it’d be worth better quality and service.

Great customer service!!! Took my car there to get my windshield replaced again after a messed up job from another person. Empire Auto Glass took their time to tell me everything wrong with the last replacement and said they can fix it and they sure delivered!!! My car looks and feels better and I absolutely love driving it with no additional concern. Totally recommend this place if you need glass replacement or repair, they are the best and their price is very affordable!!

First time, I tried calling them and their mailbox was full. A couple days later I used their quote estimate on their site, and called again. The second time I received a call back and got to texting. I texted the next day asking if they were available, and decided to drive to the Merrifield location. Due to CoVid they were closed on Saturday, even though it stated they were open. The lack of proper communication was quite annoying and I decided to go elsewhere for my windshield replacement.

I would promote this business to any of my friends/family that need auto glass repair! Less than an hour and the team of technicians had my new windshield installed and area cleaned.

I had a huge crack on my windshield from flying debris (you never know on I-95) and it was continuously getting bigger. After doing some research, I found Empire Auto Glass. I called for a quote and they gave me a great price; and I was able to make an appointment to come in the same day (luckily the glass for my car was in stock)! I waited for about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Generally it takes about 45 minutes, but the technician discussed with me that the previous replacement wasn't done properly and they wanted to make sure everything was perfect

If there was a trophy for the worst service and business this place would win FIRST PLACE.
After reading some of their one star reviews I feel like I am not the only person who experienced their horrible, unprofessional service. It, also seems like it's the same guy who is rude to everyone who left the one star reviews. Here is my story.
I had messaged them through yelp and I came to find out that the picture on yelp is an image pulled of line and not even any of their personnel. I had provided them the make, model and year of the vehicle and also was specific when I told them it was a sliding

I talked to somebody on the phone yesterday (Sunday.) They could not help because the warehouse was closed Sunday but said would send a text, then I send back info on my car and address and they would be there between 11-2pm Monday. Today they never showed up and haven't responded to my messages. Not sure what is up and disappointed given the high rating from other people here.

A small pebble hit my windshield and it originally left a tiny crack on my windshield. After about a month and a half later, we started getting like 0-20 degree weather so the tiny crack turned into a crack that went across the whole windshield. That's when I started calling around to get an estimate on how much it would be to replace my whole windshield and Empire Auto Glass had the best price. I called about 7 other places in the Fairfax area. When I originally called in for the estimate, I told the owner that I had no sensors on my windshield and that it's just a plain/basic windshield

Excellent! I have Geico, so at first I was going to use another *not named* service - but something told me to research a bit first! I am glad I did. Service was excellent, from initial call to set up and then Tech that came - He called ahead of time, met me at my job (Fairfax area) - I let him do the work and done! He explained carefully everything on what to do while it seals - pleasant, polite - professional! I would say highly recommended! Job well done Empire - keep up that type of customer service!

I recently had a spider chip in my glass AGAIN!!!( dump truck on 95). Also my husband windshield needed to be replaced. Only this time My Tech Auto Glass was temporarily unavailable. However, Sean recommended Empire Auto Glass. I thought that I wouldn't need a replacement bc it was so tiny. Wrong!!! The tech that came out to our home (Sean-different one) explained that even though he can fix the chip it can spread during the process or later on with the erratic weather. So they were able to give us a discounted quote of $393 to replaced both windshields !!! Empire had my windshield on

Typed that into Yelp and called the 1st 10 shops asking for quotes. Came across Empire and talked to Sean on the phone. Super nice, friendly owner. Seem to be on my side for the whole process and he genuinely cared.
Empire is tucked behind the Sub Shop. Paid almost half of what these other joes quoted me and I was in and out in 40 minutes. They even through in rubber sealant border for free.
Don't get Empire confused with the 4 other auto glass shops within the 3 block radius, Empire is definitely the place to go. Already recommended them to a couple friends
