Scheduled to have windshield replaced two weeks in advanced. No phone call after not showing. I texted and they stated they couldn't come due to a technician having an issue. If you are even thinking about using this company, RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!

Auto Glass Warehouse beat every other company's price in the Baltimore area. They drove to my house to change my car's windshield and gave me a service window between 10am-12pm and arrived ahead of schedule at 9:55am which I loved. They had the old windshield out and the new one in in a matter of 30 mins or less. The installers were super kind and hardworking. They gave me care instructions when they finished, gave me the bill and went on their way.

I have an older car that was broken into. On that Friday afternoon, I called around and couldn't find anyone who would have the door window glass for my type of car and who would be willing to do the job right away. This place was the one that could - and they did, at a reasonable rate. The people there are friendly and competent. I was done and out in slightly over an hour having paid exactly what they told me in the phone. They even fixed a minor issue with my window while at it. I would highly recommend this place.

This place is really a lifesaver! I had a crack on my windshield which got larger and larger. Not only did they have the most reasonable prices but they came immediately and resolved the matter for me while I was at work, they did everything so quick and haven't had a problem since! Quoted $50 less than 3-4 other places so I ended up paying $150 which was definitely great! No complaints, recommend them for all windshield needs!

I setup an appointment for a windshield replacement. I was told the window was 9:00am-11:00am for them to come by and replace the windshield. At 11:00am after no one called or came I called to let the office know that my appointment had yet to be fulfilled. The lady at the desk said she'd have one of the guys call me "right back" to see what was going on and to make sure we could keep the appointment. Fast forward 45 minutes.... I finally get the call. Only for him to tell me he could be here within another 45 minutes to replace the windshield. Which, unfortunately, would not work

I had a giant rock hit my windshield resulting in a crack that extended half-way across the entire windshield. They gave me a decent price of 175+tax installed with their mobile service with a time window of 10-12. Took off a half a day of work so that I would be there when they arrived.

This place is a lifesaver! My family has used their services over the last couple of years and never have had a bad experience. They have fixed mirrors as well as windows on my truck. They even came out and fixed a broken window while I was at work. Prices are always competitive and in most times the best.

I was a recent customer at Auto Glass Outlet. I had a rock thrown through my front passenger window and called approximately 15 companies the next morning to get the best quote possible for repair. Unfortunately, one of the first calls I put in was to auto glass outlet and as a distributor they had the ability to refuse to sell the glass to anyone at a reasonable price so every quote I received from that point on was extremely skewed. I was quoted at $220.00 for a audi a6 front passenger door glass.
Since they were obviously the lowest
