TL,DR: Service is fast, staff is responsive and personable, price is affordable. Highly recommend.
Full version: I ended up needing two windshields in one week (first windshield was vandalism, second windshield was an accident) and regardless of my bad luck, I had an overwhelmingly positve experience with this shop. They drove to my location for the first windshield and I brought my car into their shop for the second. Very quick turn around for both appointments; I even received same day service the day they drove to me even though my car was safely parked off the street, so it was not an emergency

I would have given this place five stars. They had a window in stock the same day I needed it urgently. It was fast and inexpensive. However, as I was driving home from getting my car with a new window, I noticed my Ray-Bans, that I had worn on the drive there, were stolen. I called twice and asked, the person on the phone even said "oh yeah I remember you wearing those and then putting them back in your car". Anyway, every time I called asking about my Ray-Bans (which were prescription) he said he'd ask the person who worked on my car and call me back. He never called back. Also

The service I received here was honestly the best I’ve received in a long time, from anywhere. Every staff member here was pleasant. The guys in the office took great care of me, Melvin especially. I honestly wish I knew all of their names so I could acknowledge each and everyone individually! The prices are the best in the city! And the repair men pay great attention to detail. I have a foreign car and he was knowledgeable and got it done fast. Even let me watch! I came here for a broken window. I will be back for any need I have with my vehicle from now on. Same day appointments available. Staff was great and the service was fast. Once the glass got to the shop I was out the door within 30 minutes. The only downfall is the condition of the shop, needs some TLC. I hope they convert to mobile service, I didn't feel comfortable waiting in the garage because it was dirty but hey I got good/fast service and their products comes with a warranty.

Go here! First of all, everyone here that I encountered was respectful but also understanding. Workers shared their different experiences with their personal vehicles. When I called at 5:40AM despite the shop not opening until 8. I was quoted a more than fair price- and told I could come then. Which was more than convenient for me because the way these cicadas are set up, I wasn’t trying to risk causing an accident because one flew in my open window. This place provides excellent service for excellent prices, but also an excellent experience. I’ve never been more satisfied with ANY business

I had a great experience with this shop! I left a message on their machine and Tony called me back quickly. They provided a quick and reasonable quote and texted it so I had a record, which made me feel at ease. I sent a $20 deposit, and they had the glass ready at the shop that afternoon. They estimated the repair would take 1-1.5 hours, which was spot on. Windshield is as good as new.

Bring my car in to get brakes and rotors.I asked could I get the thermostat and belt replaced as well.Anyway to make long story short,I had to call the police to report my stolen because they refused to tell me where my car was located.I was never told that my car had to go to a different location to be worked on.Then when I asked multiple times as to where my located,I was given the runaround.They could've at least said a general location as to where it is.I was given a quote of $600 to to do the repairs.Once I was told that the belt was the wrong one I asked for the money back that they

Avoid Avoid Avoid! Visited this place because the price was cheaper than other locations. Initial visit went pretty quickly and windshield was replaced. We got heavy rain in the area and the next morning noticed the inside of my car, dashboard and ceiling was soaked. Called and they asked me to bring the car back and they would fix due to warranty. The guy who fixed me car immediately started arguing with me after the owner asked him to repair. He then proceeded to argue and fight co-workers. I left because it was a circus. Do not use this company. They never showed up for the appointment to replace broken auto glass. You will be given a quote that sounds significantly better than surrounding businesses offer, but the job will not be completed, so don't fall for it. They are infuriating and very unprofessional to deal with.

My car was broken into on a Friday evening in DC, while I was passing through on a road trip. I called and they had my window replacement available, I dropped off my car and they had it fixed within an hour! I was able to leave the city that day as planned. My car's rear window was smashed on a Saturday evening; I contacted them Sunday morning and heard back within 3 hours (which was very much appreciated). I was given an estimate that was very reasonable and my car was fixed the next day. Service was very professional; thanks for fixing my car! There's a lifetime warranty on the service as well.

Unreliable and irresponsible. After getting a verbal quote, I never heard back from the owner. I was up against a deadline to get my car repaired and that was when they went dark on me and would never return calls or texts to drop the vehicle off. This left a bad taste in my mouth and I am actually worried what would have happened to my car if they actually did work on it. You can't trust shady people that lack simple communication skills. Just because you can turn a wrench, doesn't make you a successful business owner. For these reasons, I think you should pass up on this shop and find

This is a wonderful place and the people are so nice! My boyfriends window broke on a Sunday night before memorial day, so nowhere was open or was going to be open the next day and we were worried because it was raining and was supposed to rain for the next week.
