Do not ever lease a property from them! They do not fulfill maintenance requests, they have poor customer service and they will charge you bogus charges upon moving out!! The only good that came out of this was them reporting to the credit bureau that i paid my rent on time every month. It helped to boost my credit so that i could buy my own home!! Other than that…leasing a home through them is a headache! Oh and they also make up lies before moving in about things that they say will be handled & never are! Then when you call about it, they say “the owner” is not agreeing to fix these things

Our experience has been extremely pleasant considering all that is going on in the world right now. We needed a bigger place fast with having 4 teenagers and a grandmother crammed in a 3 bedroom. Becky Flowers met us after hours because the office was closed and was patient with us because we had to FaceTime 2 of our kids that were at their dads. She really made our day! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Recently helped my sister move into a new home in Shreveport. It was honestly a stressful process getting her moved from out of state back to Shreveport but they were absolutely amazing. Every time her or I would call (which was a lot honestly) they didn't seem to mind answering our questions at all. She was able to do everything online and via email, and they walked me through the home and took care of everything I asked. There were some minor issues we happened to catch prior to moving in and they had them fixed within like a day. They even have the house cleaned and smelling great before she

Our experience with this remax and Rebecca Rasmussen has been horrible. Remax refused to do a move out walk thru with us and stated “they would do it after we left.” This obviously gave Remax entirely too much lead to identify issues that were not there. When we received our deposit check, the ledger section showed amounts that could not be validated with an estimate, proof of workmanship etc. When pressed Ms Rasmussen states that the “new tenant did the repairs.” When asked again all

All I can say is Wow! The professionalism shown to me during my recent move has been second to none! Reed Ebarb took excellent care of my family and I when we didn't know a soul in this town. He even recommended an excellent urgent care and vet to us when we needed assistance. The staff at this property management is easy to reach and very friendly. Rebecca also assisted us with a few questions we had when Reed was out at an appointment. I cant recommend this company enough. In a year or so when we are ready to move from renting to buying, we know who our realty company will be and who yours should

Reed and staff at Re/Max Real Estate Services are professional and reliable. This property management group is technologically advanced with their online portal. It makes paying rent super easy and when something breaks in my rent house all I have to do is send them a message on the computer and it is taken care of promptly. I highly recommend this group and will continue to live in Re/Max managed properties for years to come!
