Live Longer Stronger is not a social club, but a lifestyle. It builds on scientific principles of physics, physiology, anatomy and an understanding of the relationship of exercise to the human body and its impact on the whole. Our focus is on the 5 major facets of exercise: strength, heart/lung efficiency, flexibility, balance, and body fat loss.

We believe that strength training is the key factor. Now your own private gym at your disposal! No noise, no distractions, and no intimidation. Just you and your Guide on the training floor. My father who is now 83. With 55 years in the exercise industry and 10 mega health clubs under his belt, he stands the tests of time.
Services
HIT (High-intensity training ) is a form of progressive resistance training. Not to be confused with HIIT (high-intensity interval training). We just eliminate the BS. Furthermore, our form of interval training is to strengthen the skeletal muscles to a greater degree. The heart, lungs, bones, etc, will join in to support the effort without the cost of over-training the system.
My mother (80) is stricken with Alzheimer's, but Dad makes sure her physical body stays the course. You won't get this kind of special treatment in a nursing home. You've got to fight! Never give up. I am 63 years old and train two days a week with the High Intensity Training method. I have transformed my body, built muscle, lost weight and increased my strength and endurance.

Ted is a second generation trainer.
He is friendly and easy to work with. The entire place is sanitation cleaning in between clients and mask are worn at all times!
Don't feel safe at your gym???
Give him 6 weeks and see how he can improve your life.
I'm down 30 lb in 18 weeks!

Ted is awesome! I had back surgery 12 years ago and have been going to the chiropractor 2 times a week. The last time I went to the chiropractor he said I was in alignment and my back didn't need to be adjusted. Usually I am in constant pain but I've been pain free for about 3 weeks now. I highly suggest working with Ted and doing this type of muscle strengthening. It has totally changed my life.

"I've been working 1 on 1 with Ted for 2 months and it has been great! Thirty minutes twice weekly and my upper and lower body strength has improved considerably. Ted is great at sequencing the exercises, adding resistance and pushing you to the limit...safely. It's a tough 30 minutes but it feels great.

Wife and I just passed 2 years working with Tedd and Hope at their "House of Pain...oops "House of Gain."
We kid about this House of Pain/Gain stuff, however, we walk out, or at times, drag out feeling better, knowing we did experience gain..
What do we like best: It is one on one; A specific program to help where help needed; dress anyway we want; no noise, no crowds; manage expectations very well; age no barrier to making this work; quick; and one of us can get noisy if desired.
We were referred by a DR and then referred our personal Dr who now attends with his wife.

If you feel like you are too busy to work out this is the place for you. Thirty minutes twice a week with great results. I have been coming for years , I love it!
