Great personal care and attention. Very knowledgeable, focused, intuitive. Jennifer listens carefully to my comments to develop a plan and effective actions that address my specific needs. She is also a very pleasant person to work with and her studio is comfortably all business.

Services
My lifelong interest in fitness, living a healthy lifestyle, and passion for helping others led me to the fitness industry over twenty-five years ago, teaching group exercise classes. Personal training followed two years later. I have taught diverse classes and worked with clients in a variety of venues such as area YMCAs, fitness clubs, private homes, and private golf communities.
Embarking on an exercise program with a trainer can be daunting. At Armstrong Integrative Movement, I believe in removing that intimidation by offering you, my potential Client, the opportunity to sit down with me and get better acquainted with each other. There is no financial obligation at this point, just the chance to tell me about you and what your goals and dreams are.
Once the initial consultation is complete, the Client begins the Integrated Fitness Assessment (IFA). The Client is asked to arrive for the two-hour process fully hydrated and having eaten at least 90 minutes prior to the appointment. Comfortable clothing, such as tee shirts, shorts that end above the knee, and sports bras for women, should be worn.
Objective: To move beyond correction and restoration into the realm of strength, flexibility, and energy system (cardiovascular) training, once the Client has consistently met all requirements in Phase I and shows proficiency in all areas. The Client has reached a score of 14 or higher on the FMS(TM).

I highly recommend Armstrong Integrative Movement! Jennifer Armstrong is an extremely caring, warm person. Just be around her for 5 minutes & you can tell that helping people is her #1 passion. And with the long list of accreditations following her name, it’s obvious that her #2 passion is continuously building her knowledge and skills, to further help her clients. I am thankful for the day that I met Jennifer!

Jennifer is a very caring person and good at her profession. The exercises she prescribes are meant to teach you proper breathing and strengthen your core to improve overall posture. They do work. Beyond that, she has good advice on your lifestyle and nutrition. I have no hesitation to recommend her.
