Back to Basics Chiropractic, PLLC, is owned and operated by Dr. Brian Punturiero. Dr. Punturiero purchased the remaining assests of the practice, formerly Suburban Chiropractic, and now oversees treatment at 3620 Harlem Rd. in Cheektowaga NY. Formerly a doctor of chiropractic at Suburban Chiropractic Associates and A.D.I.O.

After my mountain biking accident at Holiday Valley, I had some serious mid-back and neck pain. A day after my first session with Dr. Punturiero, and I'm walking around and working at almost 100% again. His great attitude, attention to detail and professionalism makes me look forward to my follow up visit for sure.

I have been dealing with Dr. P for close to 5 years for arthritis pain in the right hip, he has always been friendly, personable and keeps me out of pain. With that said, something different was happening to me. Not only did I just have hip pain ~ but I also had thigh pain in both legs, lower back pain, etc. I could barely walk. I hadn't seen him in a few weeks so I was depending on Advil and pretty much dealing with MAJOR pain. I was miserable! Dr.Brian is so knowledgeable and truly comprehends the essentrics of the chiropractic healing practice. He is patient especially when you're telling him what your issues are. He always asks the right questions and tries to resolve the issues that you are dealing with. I also like Dr Brian's office he has great artwork and photos displayed around the office that I enjoy looking at. Dr. Brian is very comforting unsupportive I highly recommend him.

My 13 year old daughter and I have both been seeing Dr. Brian. He has helped both of us immensely. Since Covid, appointments are scheduled one patient at a time, masks are worn and disinfecting of all surfaces occurs between patients. Dr. Brian is thorough, professional and fully engaged with his patients. I would recommend Back to Basics to everyone!

I was reluctant to even leave the house due to covid-19 virus. The doc put my mind at ease allowing only one patient in at a time . As one patient exited and I entered the doctor was wiping down all common surface areas including door knobs. The chiropractic service was top-notch. A short conversation we had was engaging and fun. It's nice to talk to somebody after being trapped in the house for all these weeks. 5 stars

Dr. Brian is nothing short of amazing. When I walked in for my initial evaluation I told him I was a little scared of adjusting my neck, he reassured me I would be okay and walked me through each step of his process. I walked in with a migraine and pain that hindered me daily. I walked out feeling 100% better. Needless to say, I wont trust anyone else with my chiropractic needs.
