Moved to AZ from out of state and needed to transfer my auto policies to here. I had the misfortune of discovering this office. In the process of transferring my auto policies they completely messed up my other policies and screwed the billing up massively. This went undetected for a few months. When it was discovered they literally blamed everyone but themselves. The other agent, myself, back office billing. Any changes I've had to make they mess up. I can never get a straight answer out of them. Default answer to any question is "It just the back office, it is how it is" or "I can't get the information

My son received a statement for the 1st time in the mail regarding a "Homeowners" policy that he never agreed to for $10.58/month. He called the office and was told that if he didn't agree to it that maybe I did and they would need to talk to me since I was on the policy also. I am not on the policy at all. He is an adult.
My son cancelled the policy months ago due to him being notified that the license info they had on file is incorrect. He was told to simply email a copy of his license and it would be taken care of. He did as he was asked and has the emails to prove this. He found out later
