Tammy and her team seem to be available 24/7. Tammy has personally called me several times a week whenever she got news on my claims.
I've also had her rush coverage on ensuring a last minute item before a out of country trip and she got it done super quick to insure I was covered incase anything happened.
I will continue to refer all my friends and associates to this branch and assure they will have the best service and rates you can get in insurance!

Rachel has been amazing with assisting me transitioning my insurance to State Farm. There was incorrect information from my previous insurance company and Rachel went above and beyond with offering alternatives to resolve. She was patient, knowledgeable of the process and provided follow ups each step of the way. I expressed I was a prior State Farm client and in her Welcome email, which I'm sure is a template, she tailored it to indicate that I was a returning client. The team at Tammy White's State farm insurance is second to none. I've had several issues that we're solved immediately and with great customer service. 3 generations of my family have now been with Tammy White’s office. I don’t think we’ll ever use anyone else!!! The service provided by her office is top notch. I had been with USAA for a number of years when I met Tammy White the owner of a State Farm Agency. I spoke to her about insurance and realized I needed more than a customer service rep on an "800" number. How often do companies actually take the time to explain all your coverages to you? Now that I have been a part of their office, they are always there to answer my questions, give me sincere advice and they even called just to say happy birthday!
