I have never been to a physicians office where the staff was more difficult to contact, non communicative, rushed to get me out of the office and unorganized. I was told “we are too busy for that right now, You’ll have to make another appointment for us to look at more concerning areas “while I was in the exam room.
“We will have someone call you about the cream recommended.” Never to have heard a word from anyone. Multiple attempts to call only to get voicemails with no return calls. Lost biopsy results for a month only to finally receive them after calling 5 separate times to obtain

Visit from arrival to departure was conducted in an
extremely professional manner. Dr McKeen quickly
identified problem areas, treated them and scheduled
a follow-up visit in 6 weeks to insure that all problem
areas have been completely resolved. I would

I used to be a patient of the practice many years ago, to which I had no complaints. Being back in town for the holidays, I decided to make an appointment for my annual skin check before the end of the year. I was pleasantly surprised when I was able to get in the next day.
Upon my arrival, I waited 40 minutes for a -maybe- 5 minute appointment. The NP was rushed and never looked at any spots with the hand held microscope I have had used before in skin checks. She told me I had one spot of concern, to which I can get it removed or watch it... but isn't that her job to tell me which to do

Because of this doctor I have a limp! I came to have a plantar wart removed. I explained to the dr the situation, and she went ahead with the procedure with very little explanation. Made it seem as though this was going to be no big deal, maybe take some tylenol when I got home, and it might leave a scar. I thought who cares about having a little scar on the bottom of the foot. Well the pain was do bad after the procedure I couldn’t walk for 2 weeks!!!!!! I ended up having to make a special boot just to be able to walk, and the scar?! It is so painful! I was never warned about this! I have done

I'm very impressed they got me in the same day. The doctor took her time with me, listened to all of my concerns, gave me good advice and a treatment plan. I am very hopeful that this is all that our will take. She was not in a rush to get me in and out when though I was an add on to the schedule. They have layer horse so I won't have to take time off work for my next visit and I was able to schedule a follow up before I left the office.
I would definitely recommend Apex Detmatology.

They are nice but I've had to come into this office literally six times for the same issue. I will spare you all the gory details but at the end of the day, they gave me a procedure that was supposed to work but actually doubled the size of the issue. Dr. Reed did apologize but had no explanation other than, "It's not supposed to do that". And now I have to be referred to a general surgeon b/c she said the issue is now too big for her to be comfortable handling. I thought, "Well yeah, now it is." I won't be back and could not recommend this office.
